Spacious open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances in the well equipped kitchen. Smart TV in both family room and master bedroom. House is spacious to enjoy fun time on those unexpected rainy days. Driveway can accommodate up to four cars and plenty of free parking available on the street! Short 10 minute walk to the boardwalk and ice-cream! This property is also a short walk to shops, restaurants, and bars in town (inland). Beach get away The house was amazing. It is decorated with all beachy motive As soon as you enter the house, you feel calm and relaxed. The pool is heated and delightful. We will definitely stay again. The host was extremely responsive.

Holiday family wedding We were traveling for a family wedding only in town for a few days but the accommodations were very warm and welcoming and we able to relax and feel at home away from home.

Wedding Weeked Omg this house & family could not have been more perfect for me & my husbands wedding weekend at The Lobster Shanty in Pt. Pleasant! My husband's bridal party stayed at the house with their wives. My husband spent our wedding morning getting ready with all his friends at the house. The house was spacious and just perfect. The host could not have been sweeter, even texting me on my wedding day to congratulate me. Location was perfect and backyard was great! We plan to come back next summer with our families :)

Fantastic family stay We had a great week in point pleasant. The house is very spacious and clean. It was perfect for our family of 5, and even allowed space for visitors one night. The pool and lawn are amazing and were used daily. My husband and I had to work a bit which was very doable using a couple different areas on the main floor. Proximity to a beautiful private beach and to the boardwalk is great. Only negative is the sound of the trains passing by but we got used to it.

A TEN This was our third time renting this home. 6 adults and four young children. And they loved it. I hate giving it a great review because we can't get the dates we want. Everything they described is true and so were the other reviews.

Can’t wait to return! We just returned from our second time vacationing at this beautiful home. We have created so many great memories with our family here. I can’t say enough about what wonderful hosts Gina and Paul are. They truly care about the experience of their guests and go the extra mile to provide a wonderful experience for everyone. The pool is fantastic and we spent so much time in it that our daughters learned how to swim there! Thank you Gina and Paul, we look forward to returning again next year! -Megan & Family

Wonderful House is great. Clean and well stocked. Beautiful pool. Gina was always available to answer any question. The nicest rental I have booked.
