The first floor has an oversized comfortable kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, a living room with a 50' flat screen smart TV, cable, gas fireplace and separate bar/sunroom area; dining room, kitchen, and a separate 'hangout' room for kids with flat screen tv and DVD player, new custom bathroom with shower right off back porch. (Covered back porch is a great place to have summer meals!) The second floor has a master bedroom with a queen size bed with new custom full master bath. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom #3 has one twin /one full bed and Bed #4 has a twin bed with trundle conveniently located near yet another new custom bathroom. Parking in driveway.
