Outdoor shower, terrace (22 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 200 m long motor access (via unmade road). 50 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at 50 m. Supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 3.8 km, bar 2.5 km, railway station "Poggibonsi" 4 km, sandy beach "Marina di Cecina" 76 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km.
