I have to admit, I wish I had used Leonardo's Hotels in the past, when I had the option to. But now I can't help but feel the regret of not discovering their chains earlier enough. Anyway, that's by the by, but to say the hotel exceeded exceeded my expectations is an understatement. I mean, a part from the usual basic needs, the tea, the coffee, the milk for crying out loud, there were abundance of those. I was honestly extremely happy to see that given my stay was only for a day, that amount of supply was left to my disposal. I have stayed at branded chains who can't even get the basic right let alone go above and beyond. Other key touches, the selection of pillows left on the bed, unlike some places where you have to make do with a rough night sleep if the pillow available does not suit your need, I had no such issue with Leonardo. The pillows were there, scattered on top of the bed, I found one that was comfortable and slept with no complaints. This is extra brownie points territory, Leonardo! To conclude, will I stay at Leonardo again? Of course! At the time of booking, I only expected one thing: to stay for the night. But didn't expect the little touches to out exceed what I originally intended stay here for. Wish I could stay for longer, thanks Leonardo Hotel, Plymouth!

The room was great made up daily with new towels. 2 key cards provided. Didn't book breakfast initially and was offered for £10pp if booked the night before so we took advantage of this. A few minutes walk from the harbour and barbican so nice and close but far enough not to be disturbed by noise. Would stay here again.

It was my second time at the Hotel and I love it The workers are very helpful and nice Rooms clean and the breakfast is excellent

Very comfortable stay here! The staff were also very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good and hearty. It was a convenient location for me since it’s close to the university.

Great stay here. The hotel is right in the Centre of the city and near shopping area. Very convenient and highly recommend. Lovely breakfast too

Not the best Leonardo I’ve been to, it could definitely be better and their amenities are overused

服務很熱情，但是很符合傳統英國酒店的特點，沒有洗漱用品、沒有拖鞋。酒店位於市中心區域，距離英國度假勝地St Ives 的Cornwall 非常近，坐火車大概倆小時就能到達。酒店距離車站需要步行15分鐘，建議入住時讓前台給你一個較高的樓層，ground floor是酒吧，對於習慣早睡的人來説可能前半夜會有點兒吵鬧。 早餐是傳統的英式早餐，煎蛋、炒蛋、煎番茄、培根、吐司麪包、全麥麪包、黃油、各種應季水果、各種果汁、咖啡、英式早茶。進店後再購買早餐便宜，一天早餐自助是10英鎊

酒店整潔程度很高！值得再次入住

缺點：隔音不好， 優點：便宜，也不能要求太多哈哈哈
