Pontoon rental is available too!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:After 9 PM, quiet until 8 AM in the front/backyard and lake shore please. The home is in a private area of Medicine Lake, your voice carries!.The city of Plymouth only allows 8 occupants in a short term rental(28 days or less}. 8 Persons at any given time and guests must be registered.,In the Welcome Binder there are current check-in/checkout procedures and house rules. Perfect Home for our Family
First off, the pictures do not do the home justice - much better in person! Overall the home was very clean and in a safe neighborhood! There is a trail nearby that we walked our dogs on everyday and always felt safe and secure. The kitchen was well stocked. The home has a gorgeous view, comfortable beds, and a great hot tub. We would definitely come back. Communication with host was fantastic as well - very timely and kind.

Wonderful house, great location
Our group of 5 adults loved the house and environs. Sweeping views of the lake with large deck and grill to enjoy outside meals. The house was clean and well-appointed with spacious master's suite on main floor, 2 large bedrooms upstairs and a rec room/home theater downstairs. Proximity to Clifton French Park and regional bike trails provide nearby recreation options. Only 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis and close to groceries, gas etc. but felt like a secluded get-away.
