The space
This is a Studio apartment, 336 sqft, that is located in a 3 family Victorian home built in 1900 but fuly renovated with modern conveniences. Private and shared entrances are available. This Studio is located on the 2nd floor; a 2nd Studio apartment is located downstairs with its own entrances and a 2 bedroom unit makes up the left side of the house and occupies 3 floors. A Staircase separates the studio apartments from the main house providing a nice sound barrier. This Studio has a Kitchenette, full bath, table to eat or work with 2 chairs, Queen size bed with drawers underneath to store your clothing, TV with Roku built in and high speed FIOS internet. Perfect for one person and cozy for two. Large yard with patio furniture to enjoy in the warmer weather. Views of Plymouth harbor especially in winter. About a 7 minute walk to BID Hospital-Plymouth.
