Nói chung phòng ở rất thoải mái có điều yêu cầu đặc biệt khi đặt phòng lại không có và tệ hơn nữa là không có nước uống

Check in was fast. Request for extra bed came within 15min. Room is new and clean, big lobby with comfortable seats for waiting. Access directly to the mall and convenience for those who have kids. Eat, shop, rest repeat. Not so tiring for guests with kids.

Could not check in at 1+ despite weekday non peak. Breakfast nasi kemal was good, but variety too little, no nonya kueh. Surprised no free water in room!

Service here was great! Was checked in swiftly upon arrival at 2pm on a Monday.
I celebrated my birthday with this staycation and my partner got them to prepare the room with a towel decoration. The hotel went beyond by preparing a birthday cake accompanied by a hand written card.
Really grateful to St Giles! Location was great at mid valley had a lot of shopping and food.
When we called for extra towels etc. Service was relatively quick too.
The breakfast included was alright, nothing to shout about, neither was it great.
We visited the roof bar but I didn't enjoy myself there. The bar wasn't well stocked, and the staff were not sure about what the bar serves.
Apart from that, I look forward to visiting the hotel in the near future!

Super convenient to go shopping. The mall just below the hotel. Save transport time and cost back to hotel after shopping.

Third time staying here. Like it for its location next to a mall.
Unlike the last visit, the staff allowed us to check-in early today.
The room wasn't as pleasant as previous ones though. The bed linen had a stain, room safe was faulty and the shower thermostat was unstable.

Sunday breakfast was a nightmare. Short of staff. Insufficient food. Long queue to be seated and at egg station.
Gym well equipped. Nice view from 28th floor. Small pool.

My first time staying in this hotel. It is located at Midvalley southkey. The popular mall. Check-in was easy and quick, remember that a tourist tax will be collected.
The room bar fridge contains a bottle of coca cola, i believe it’s left behind by the previous person.
The shower drain is clogged even when its was my first shower there.
Wasnt that picky, so make do with it.
This room (King) is huge and comfortable. Non-smoking room. The included breakfast is normal/OK with a long line even at 830am onwards. Hope they can improve the situation. The omelette and sunny side-up eggs station could be improved too, the line gets long.
Would recommend staying here for the convenience of shopping mall, food, cinema and other leisure activities for the family!

The location of the hotel is superb. Just walk out of the hotel is Mid Valley Southkey shopping mall. Have access to lots of food choices, movies, massage etc. It was a great stay for us. Will definitely consider going back again next time. The Urban king room that we booked is also spacious & stylishly furnished. 👍
