Low quality. Far from Yumbo. They tried to charge 100 eur for deposit but they declined after claiming. Noisy cleaning trolley very bright bedroom. Uncinfortable to sleep.

Fab place, cheap and cheerful

After paying what we did for this place I wasn’t expecting 5 star and knew it would be a little run down cheap and cheerful. Cheap it was cheerful it definitely wasn’t . The place is very run down and needs some maintenance but even some basic maintenance would be a great improvement, cracked floor tiles , broken worktops , broken wardrobes patio doors difficult to open etc etc . It’s not very clean either so don’t bother taking a tip for the cleaners because the seven days we were there we never seen one we literally had to empty our own bins and ask for bin liners and new fresh towels. Cutlery ,pots pans were disgusting and the frying pan l still had grease in it with mould growing on it . On a plus side after you clean everything it’s well equipped with kettle , microwave , cooker and a fridge . The jewel in its flat cap is the pool area which is clean with plenty of sunbeds however the pool is Baltic . Pool bar is amazing run by a lovely young lady who is very friendly and the food and service there is very very good and great value . Cheap as it was £360 for the week I would never stay here again . Like I said I didn’t expect 5 star but what I did expect was a reasonable level of cleanliness and maintenance

Budget accommodation at a great price . Very friendly helpful staff . Comfy beds and pillows. I checked in quite late and the man on the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and basic. The bathroom had a good shower and was clean. I did not cook but there was an electric ring and enough pots and utensils to make a meal if you needed. There was a balcony with chairs and a table mine had no view as such but I never asked for one in fairness as I knew I would be out most of the day anyway. It's located in a busy enough area for food music and shops and within walking distance to the beach.

Great holiday, apartments are very basic but that's what we were looking for. Rooms clean, cleaners were in twice in the wk, staff very friendly and reception staff also very nice and helpful. Pool clean and tidy. Not far from beach, shops, bus station lots to do. Tour rep right next to apartments Scott was very helpful and friendly, we booked to see the dolphins in the wild best trip, great price. You can also hire e bikes, or peddle bikes from him. Five star holiday was great to get away. There is music come from pubs up road but we were so tired we crashed quick but if it bothers you can buy some cheap ear plugs. Already looking to book back into apartments for next year.

My partner and I stayed here recently and were very disappointed with the overall customer service upon arrival and throughout our stay. The staff were not very accommodating to guests. My partner's and my room was located towards the front of the property, and we could hear loud, constant karaoke music every night, which affected our sleep to the point that we had to move our mattress to the living room, which was very uncomfortable. We asked to change apartments on a few occasions, but they were not helpful. When we asked again, we were bluntly told by the receptionist that they had other apartments available but that we didn't need one, which we found very rude and unpleasant. I would definitely not recommend anyone stay here, especially if you want a nice, relaxing holiday. It's not worth it, and customer service is always something to stand by. Never give customer service to people who don't accommodate or who are not welcoming.Also, poor information about the property was given; for example, details about the pool, fans, etc. Communication was very poor.
