Paid for a room with jacuzzi, there was no water to use it, no hot water, air conditioning leaked water al over the floor, if you were not careful at night you could’ve really hurt yoursefl, we told the staff about the water issues but nothing was done about it

The personnel was very helpful and friendly. They really cared about us having a nice stay.
The hotel itself was modern and pretty cool. We were positivley surprised. Sure, the stairwell is narrow, however the room was fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was 2 blocks from Avenida Quinta and a short walk straight down to the beautiful beach. This quaint hotel felt extra secure and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We had a superior room and it was large enough with everything you need (tv, coffee maker, water, and a refrigerator). The A/C was amazing, and the bed was so comfortable. We had room V101. Lower level room, but great water pressure in the shower. We would definitely return!!

Great spot at a great price centrally located the negatives were the Wifi worked half the time as well as the chromecast and theres no cable option, and the Water tank is a shared water tank so once the hot water is used well ... its gone .
The staff is great and super friendly the rooms are clean and spacious the only negatives are the wifi and water situation.

Friendly front desk. Nice location. Room setup was compact but good.
Deficiencies I reported were not completely addressed. Ac unit was repaired but,the drawers under the desktop that did not stay closed was not. That was a safety hazard, that wasn't repaired.
Cleaning was not great. There was mold in the shower, and the towels were not all replaced consistently.
The bathroom ceiling looked to be moldy.
The lounge on the 6th floor is great place to relax.
The Hotel is located on a busy street so ther is a bit of traffic noise.
Rental bike was nice.

Great location very near the best part of the ***** in my opinion - 38 Calle. Nice and quiet, although the hallways can be noisy when other guests are moving about. No sound insulation. Modern rooms, strong AC with remote control, fridge with tiny freezer, hair dryer, rain shower head, comfy bed - zero complaints about the room. The water stopped working a few times - one time was fairly inconvenient for me. However, it was fixed both times fairly quickly. It’s a very compact building, super tight hallways and stairways, only one person can pass. Elevator is small but works. Outdoor space on the 4th and 5th floors - I never saw anyone there, not sure why it’s there… Staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke English. They also have security there all the time and to enter you have to ring a doorbell, so I felt very safe. I highly recommend this place.
