The garden is so beautiful. Fresh coffe and good breakfast. Chef Gabriel was so kind. Claudia & Juan were adorable and helpful 🫶🏽 they Also have bicycles to take a ride around the city…. i definitely come back ! Thank you for make my vacation unforgettable.

The hotel was very Beautiful rooms and the staff were very friendly at all times. Perfect location. Close to the beach and fifth ave. Would recommend if you want a quiet and hippy experience. The terrace and restaurant was super cute with a touch of jungle.

We had a delightful stay at La Semilla, as so many other mention, this is a peaceful oasis well located off the busy 5th street. We especially loved the vibe and atmosphere of the hotel, breakfast was 10/10, loved peacefully starting the day among the lush vegetetion. Surrounding bars, beach and restaurant are all easily accessible. Brilliant friendly team. Thanks for a ace stay

The hotel is cozy and the room with terrace I booked was great. I loved the fact that breakfast was included, fresh fruit and juices were served every morning, with a daily special from Gabriel that was cooking…he is lovely 😀. The room was equipped with shampoo/conditioner/body shower. The location is great, as it is close to the beach and to the main central area. They offer free bikes for rent and beach towels, which is genius. I did not find it particularly noisy, besides the Saturday but if you want to be central you need to consider there will be nightlife as well. Everything is walking distance, you don’t necessarily need a car, although I wanted to visit cenotes , etc. I was by myself so I found it safer to ask the hotel helping me booking transfers, which they did. Taxis are extremely expensive, I therefore suggest you rent a car or use other transportation instead. The girls at the desk were always available 24/7 and extremely helpful. The girl from the night shift was very sweet and welcoming 😀 Claudia which was there daytime has been professional and proactive. I will definitely recommend staying there 😍

Our stay was 4 nights from Sunday-Wednesday. The hotel is very beautiful and peaceful. Delicious breakfast was included every morning. The staff was very hospitable! And it was in an amazing location, a five min walk to the beach and a block away from 5th Ave. We are looking forward to staying here again

Quiet, quaint and comfortable hotel in a great location. Staff was great and breakfasts good. Coati sightings off the breakfast patio. Paid same for 4 nights that my family paid for one night at the Hyatt. Would come back in a nano second, just lovely.

My local friends walked me through the terrace of this hotel when I was here last year and it left an impact on me so I decided to rent a room this time around and I was not disappointed! This is one of the most wonderful hotels I’ve stayed in to date and I highly recommend staying here

Great, calming, and peaceful stay! The staff was incredibly nice to us, always attentive and welcoming. The garden is a tranquil oasis, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The rooms are beautifully designed, reflecting a true boutique style. We especially loved the delicious, typical food prepared by a local chef—it was an authentic experience! I would definitely recommend La Semilla to anyone looking for an intimate experience with attention to every detail. Loved everything here and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful hotel, located in the most beautiful street in Playa del Carmen just a block away from the beach, bohemian vibes and nature all around it. It is located in the 38th street and the rooms are beautiful and they have fresh coffee and music in the morning.
