Great food! Not expecting that from an all-inclusive. Wonderful pools, and beach area. Great morning yoga classes, and well appointed gym. Super nice staff. Clean contemporary buildings and great service. Not super-high end chic vibe, just fun casual. The price is pretty amazing considering what you get and that they don't nickel and dime you on anything -- down to the free contents in the fridge. Some people we met have gone there for ten years. We will probably go back with our grown up kids next year.

From the moment you step in to the resort, you enter tropical paradise. After welcome drink and no wait to check in, we were taken by golf cart to our room . We had a spacious two bedroom suite that accommodated our family of 5. During the week there, we enjoyed beautiful grounds, fresh food, amazing pools, blue ocean and fresh food. All staff members work hard to make sure your visit is enjoyable. We participated in Pilates classes, son went to kids club few times. Definitely would return.

Very beautiful property and well maintained resort. Lots to do, plenty of eating choices, great entertainment. Scenery is great and the staff is very nice and helpful. Breach is nice but kind of rocky, wear your water shoes! Could have better communication in form of a welcoming package on arrival or in the room. We no idea where the restaurants were and what time they were open. We were able to ask questions and get answers but it would have been much easier with a detailed packet of info. If you speak English and want to watch TV in your language you are pretty much out of luck. Our TVs only get news, sports and FX. Granted, we weren’t there to watch tv but on the one rainy day and at bedtime it would have been nice to have more choices. We tried to change the language on the TVs but it didn’t work. They sent a guy to help us and he barely spoke English and was worthless. Bring a laptop or whatever and stream if you want to watch anything good. Room service takes a while and there is a delivery charge even though it was “all inclusive.” There are other things that aren’t “all inclusive” either but most things are included.

Everything was perfect, just an amazing holiday. Thanks to all the staff in particular the Tui rep and Arturo the guy who works at the mestizio bar and at the Plaza bar. If you love massages look at the beach for Gustavo and the lady Mago from OM massage, they are amazing and it costs much much cheaper that inside the resort.

First time at the fives and loved it! There are so many things to do daily on site. while staying on site, food, spa, entertainment, the grounds. The Yoga & Fitness classes lead by Lo who was at the resort all week with NRG2GO were exactly what my body needed and were so fun. She spent time asking about us, making the classes different each day and was passionate about wellness, it truly showed. The variety of food available was abundant, with so many different options to keep you excited. The smoothie bar was an huge plus. We participated in the tecezmal ceremony and it was beyond words. The spa offered so many included activities like body oils, body scrubs and DIY facials. Such a relaxing holiday.

Attended for a family wedding March 2025. Travelled with a group of 33 including a few kids. Great experience from start to finish. Beautiful resort! Very well-maintained and staff are always working so hard. Cenote and lush jungle ( with monkeys) made for great walks around the resort. ( but if you want to see them, you must get up early in the morning.) Tons of great restaurant options. Even the buffet was fantastic! Rooms super clean and beds very comfortable. Our balcony overlooked adults only pool. Tate. My only complaint would be that it was a little too large for my liking. (But I am a small town girl lol)

Just spent another week at this great resort! This time, we had another family with us and we had children ranging from 11 to 17 years old. Everybody had a blast. The food was amazing and plentiful. We were able to make reservations as part of our membership, but I know this can be limited. The buffet at night is always a great to back up. The beach is great as well and there’s plenty of snorkeling under the dock/pavilion with loads of fish. The grounds are well kept, and the wildlife is plentiful. The rooms are spacious and we stayed in buildings 500 and 800. One word of caution: you cannot reserve the beach or pool beds in the morning unless you remain with your personal belongings. They are watching this closely and will move your items if you are not with them. A big thank you to our ambassadors, Larissa and Frank. Our pool ambassador, Bernabe, we had an incredible rooftop dinner, courtesy of Israel and Chef Matteo. And lastly, our excursion snorkeling, complements of Conrado, was amazing.

Just got home from The Fives and was so sad to leave. The resort is beautiful, immaculately kept, lovely rooms, super comfy rooms with perfect air con. The setting is stunning, in amongst the most amazing tropical jungle with mangroves in the middle. Amazingly kept gardens and planting. Load of lush, clean pools with super fun swim up bars. Great choice of restaurants that are easy to get tables at, and if they are full one night they will ensure you can get a table elsewhere and go to the other another night. The staff are wonderful, friendly, fun and super helpful. The beach is lovely. A bit of seaweed at this time of year but it was cleared constantly and really didn’t bother us. Lots of wildlife around, which we loved. Great evening entertainment, the Joy and Wellness team are outstanding. Once in a lifetime excursions can be book from the hotel. Amazing!

Best trip ever. Great food. Service was impeccable. Lots of wildlife. Interacted with a spider monkey who wanted my glasses lol. Staff was the most courteous. Became a member and will be returning in Nov. Alejandro our conciere was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Greetings! We were at The Fives Residence in May 2025. Everything was fine. The cleanliness of the rooms is not 100% but since the hotel is in the middle of a mangrove forest I guess it is not to be expected. The food in the restaurants was adequate (in general). We did not enjoy the dinner we had in the Thai restaurant. The quality of the food and drinks in the other restaurants was adequate. Thank you for the hospitality of the staff. Best regards, S.A.

The Fives Beach Hotel was a great experience. The grounds were beautiful and very clean & kept. We enjoyed the evening/night entertainment, that was great! The property is huge, which did not have the time to experience all of the property, but many of the restaurants/bars, pool, and room was amazing. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The only downsize to the property was 1. there were not enough trolley stops to get around the property and 2. there should be more seats/chairs for the free evening/night entertainment. Nonetheless, The Fives was an unforgettable experience.

My partner and I stayed at the Fives Beach Hotel & Residences from May 4 to May 9, 2025, and what an outstanding experience it was! As someone with a severe egg allergy, traveling can be stressful. However, the staff at the Fives Beach Hotel went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and cared for. At every meal, there was a personalized note with my name, and I was consistently reassured that all precautions had been taken to avoid any egg contamination. I can confidently give a 5-star rating for the food at this hotel. I’ve stayed in many luxurious 5-star hotels, and the Fives Beach Hotel truly exceeds many of them. We tried all the restaurants, and my favorite was Arezzo and Sea Olive, where I had the pleasure of meeting the chef from Naples. We also enjoyed delicious pizzas at lunch an absolute treat! Fernanda’s warm welcome, Rosalinda’s attentive service, and the kindness of their entire team made this a dream vacation. We were also fortunate to meet Jimmy, a passionate and dedicated professional. It's people like him who bring prestige to hotels like the Fives Beach. A heartfelt thank you to Francisco, who personally made sure every meal was both delicious and egg-free. You've built a team of true professionals—I tip my hat to you! We will definitely be returning before the end of the year. This stay will remain a beautiful memory for us.

This hotel is amazing! The grounds are beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly, the rooms are huge and the food is the BEST I have ever had at any Mexico resort. I've been to plenty of five star resorts and no where else does the food compare. If you have allergies or certain food preferences like vegan, there are plenty of options and the staff are VERY proactive and will take amazing care of you. This was my second time here and I will definitely be back.

We have the best time at this resort. The youtube videos doesn’t justify the beauty it holds. Its a perfect blend of nature and comfort. We were a group of 11 and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Specially very happy with food, clean rooms, friendly staff. If we plan the trip again to Mexico we are definitely going to stay again at this resort.
