The all inclusive service is very good, however the buffet doesn’t have many options to choose from and the poolside bar only serves cocktails with less than 1% of alcohol in them.

The hotel is an older hotel. The location is great for access to the beach and walk around 5th Ave. The bartenders and the travel shop/scuba shop were great the hotel maintenance and front desk staff were not the best. We did have issues with our rooms and they were fixed eventually except the king room
that we booked was not available and we had to share a double bed. Iit’s an older hotel with musty smells and stuck drawers. The pool closed early on a Saturday night (8pm) but the mariachi/karaoke can play until 11pm and the noise will carry into the room. The kelp on the beach is filled with sand fleas and we came home with over 100 sand flea bites between the 5 of us. The buffet was ok but not worth $45 per day per person.

We have been coming here for many years. At least 10 trips. Love the staff, especially Victor, Milton and Wilbert!
Only complaint is we have never received a king bed even though we request one every year. Not a deal breaker because we love everything.

Had a great time at the coco reef, stayed for 10 days. The activities director around the pool was fantastic (Boris) had great bar service at the pool bar (Enrique) and visited the Mexican restaurant above the buffet several time to visit our new friend Alfredo who always took great care of us, not to mention it was our favourite food option! Close to 5th Ave but far enough away to keep the resort quiet. Me and my wife would stay there again

Nice hotel on the beach . Staff was friendly . Mojitos were good. The buffet food was not amazing , they could do a lot better . I didn’t see any salmon options during my stay , but usually all inclusive always has salmon . Which is standard in my opinion . We were able to check out late for 2 hours $40 American . We were happy about that . Pool water not heated . Hot tub is nice and warm .

The location of this property was perfect! It was an easy and safe walk to 5th ave day or night! Food options were good and had variety. Definitely would recommend staying at this location as couples or family.

Fantastic resort. The staff was very friendly and the customer service was top notch. Good selection of food and drinks. I really loved the coziness of the resort as well compared to a larger resort.

Nice little place. Food at buffet was ok just stuff was always room temp so that was disappointing. Hot pancakes and waffles are what I wanted but it tasted fine. The dinner restaurants were excellent. Also have private dining dinners you can buy. Does have a time share or something that was equal to it there. We did for some free massages. Beach is nice, and the water is nice. Perfect little resort for a weekend anniversary trip.
