When we first got there the condo had a funky smell. The bed sheets were not changed before getting there, and there was dirt on them. Also the internet was not working, and the tv was not functioning. There is no provided blankets only sheets. Everything else was fine and had a good time.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. The location is great in the heart of downtown near grocery stores. I have stayed here before and liked it. However, they are understaffed and it is beginning to show! The pool was dirty and full of algae when I arrived. They attempted to clean it, but did not stay on top of it or the filter didn't work. It was dirty for most of the week that I was there, and I did not get in. The internet dropped sporadically. The cleaning service was very slow to respond. It's a great building, but can use a facelift throughout.

Nice condo and very central. We stayed in appartement 23. We had a lovely stay, the condo is in the center but be did not have the noise of the center. There is a nice rooftop pool and a place to BBQ on the roof. Unfortunately, there were not many sunbeds on the rooftop. The furniture on the rooftop was also not clean and regularly broken. Big disappoin**ent of the apar**ent. There wasn't even toilet paper or soap when we arrived. I travel quite a lot but I've never experienced that! The kitchen was also not fully equipped, for if you want to cook yourself. There weren't even tea towels! Also only 1 pair of keys for an apar**ent that can accommodate 4 people. That's not handy. Make sure the key box works and then 1 pair of keys is no problem. Furthermore, we had a nice stay.

Buena ubicación, a 500 metros de la playa, a 100 metros del Walmart. Bueno si estás en familia. Si vas con auto, tiene lugar para estacionar no pago al aire libre que se ocupa por orden de llegada. Al departamento que estuvimos, le faltaban detalles de mantenimiento y accesorios de cocina. También tiene el inconveniente de estar frente a una terminal de ómnibus lo cual lo hace ruidoso durante gran parte de la noche y madrugada. El servicio deja mucho que desear. El área de pileta está utilizable.
