Poorly maintained property No proper water pressure in bathroom, sink, toilet Broken door latches, serious safety issue Broken balcony door and door net Very loud and noisy location, can't sleep due to loud music from night clubs nearby. Walls vibrate due to loud music till very late night until/ early morning. No proper pool Mosquitos Very bad customer service Be ready to lose your booking money if you don't like the place. (non refundable). We ended up moving to another Hotel nearby day after we reached there.

This is a great hotel if you like to party for free! You will have access to loud music until 3 or 4 AM from the bars around the corner. I got the room on the roof, the stairs were in very bad condition. I wonder why the hotel advertised that they have a swimming pool when they really have a sink...

Loved everything about this place Jorge our host was amazing funny and very nice guy the hotel is clean right in the middle of the party they have a small pool that is good enough to refresh during he day I totally recommend this place!

I have to say, the staff is really nice and friendly and they really do their best. The hotel on the other hand was not that nice. You have to wait for hot water for 10 minutes, the toilet was not working (the kettle), ac was leaking (not working - but that was only 1 night, they repaired it after). And as it is in the middle of the party area, the nights were really really loud. I was there for diving, not for partying so I did not enjoy the walls vibrating from the beat of the music and even ear plugs did not help much. I wish I could recommend it, but in the end I would not really.

Ideal for fun!, right in the Center of playa, there’s plenty of places to go to have a blast! The Staff is very friendly and helpful and offered great advice on where to go and what to do. Older people complained about the noise but it is no too bad, specially if you want to party and yet have a nice pad to sleep ;)

This is a great hotel! It’s in an amazing location close to everything. It’s in the centre and you can walk to everything. The staff here is so friendly and accommodating. It really made our trip better! We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.

I stayed in this place while on my trip, the hotel was great and the staff and service was excellent. It is a bit noisy as it’s right near the club district but wasn’t a problem for me as I don’t mind the noise. Perfect location close to everything! I’ll be back again!

Pésima experiencia. 1. Al llegar veo la ecepción vacía, digo "hola" y me responden desde otra habitación que necesitaba. Le tuve que pedir a la chica por favor que viniera al mesón para hacer check in (y así toda la estadía). 2. Lo peor lejos, me desapareció un perfume, un anillo y unos audífonos. Cero respuesta. 3. Llegamos, nos dan una habitación que tenía un problema en la ducha y nos dicen "si, está habitación tiene este problema" (entonces como la pueden ofrecer???). En líneas generales un desastre. Básicamente pésimo servicio y robo. Que la habitación en qué nos dejaron no tuviera agua caliente fue lo menos malo. Para que decir que la "piscina" que ofrecen es una pileta decorativa que tenía más algas que mi acuario. El "ahorro" que ofrecen lo pagué con el perfume, el anillo y los audífonos que me desaparecieron.
