A DECONSEILLER!!!!!. Nous étions plusieurs couples à y séjourner et nous avons été volés dans notre chambre ( 6 sur 10 chambres) . Y compris dans les coffres. Pas d'eau chaude, pas de douche correcte, propreté pas top. Panne d'eau, pot de cafetière cassé et pas remplacé durant le séjour. La réception s'en fout royalement. Nous avons rencontré le soi-disant Manager pour le vol en question et en fait, ce n'est que le ramasseur de draps. Beaucoup de magouilles . ATTENTION!!!!!

This hotel is classified as a 3 1/2 stars hotel. It is not. The facility is old, dirty and outdated with cheap bright white lighting in the rooms. There is no hot water, barely any soap or shampoo provided. Toilet doesn’t flush properly. And the wifi never works.

There is no signboard with the hotel name.　The music from the nearby bar continues until around midnight and is very noisy.　There are many dark and suspicious shops compared to the main street.Residents' personal belongings were scattered throughout the dormitory's kitchen and shared shower room.　I stayed there just to sleep, but I don't think I can survive there.

The doorknob to my room was broken. Towels are very old, torn and dirty looking. Shower head squirts water from 9 tiny holes. Bathroom smells like urine. Staircase to room is dirty with stains.

Ran down property. Not recommendable. Good location but overall a bad stay.

There are something in the property that should remodelate, like the doors but in general everthing is great

Easy to walk to the beach just around 200 meters.

Loved staying here. Originally booked for 1 night and ended up booking 3 more nights. Very chill atmosphere, it is noisy at night from the street and the music, so if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Breakfast was wonderful. Only issues were a little more language barrier than I’d have thought, no lights for each bunk, so hard to do anything if anyone is sleeping and 1 toilet for 10 people. But overall AMAZING stsy!

LOCATION: at Center of Actions in between sand Beach = 50 m East & famous shopping entertainment Avenue 5 = 50 m West _ADO Bus St. +Ferry to (Cosmul) is;and = 1.2 km South (Mini Bus) St. to many cities = 1.6 km S.W. _A lot of (Corona) test centers at & around Av. 5 = Antigen /PCR test = 500 /1700 MXN = 30 /90 USD cash or credit +Result = 15 min. /Next morning (a little after 8 hrs. if take sample before 12:00) _Walmart & Mega Super Market at Av. 30 = 0.6 km W.S. Male Dormitory ROOM: is in 70 m2 Flat without key contains from: 4-B Dorm. with big street Window + fan + 4 safe + cupboard + chair & desk + calm AC that is working from 20:00 - 09:00+1 AND 6-B Dorm. The same but without safe or cub or desk AND the Shared Private BATH with hot water + soap + shampoo + fan + Towel with 50 MXN/stay AND Big Reception include many Sitting Area + big window + 2 fan + Kitchen contain (Refrigerator & Micro & Stove & limited Accessories) + No TV at Reception. HOTEL: Big with good design & large inner court contain S.P. + Many Sitting Areas AND F.D. with help calm STAFF serve the gate 24 hr. AND BAR that serve BR = Coffee or green Tea AND Waffle or Egg with cheese /ham or Mexico dish _I don't use WI-FI.
