Parfaitement situé. L’hôtel se trouve à la fin de la 5e avenue et à 5 min à pied d’une plage
Chambre spacieuse mais sans aération pour notre part. Seulement une petite fenêtre de salle de bain pouvait s’ouvrir. Du coup des odeurs de nourritures et de renfermé étaient présentes. Désagréables
Piscines sur le Rooftop correct bonne température

Property management were very strict didnt allow my son to enter room for visiting suppost to visit only in Lobby....
Consttuction all around property and neighbourhood around doesnt look safe as a lot of homeless people around neighbourhood.

For starters, we booked on ******* and didn’t get the room we paid for. The hotel passed the buck to ******* who didn’t help us. Buyer beware Grand 50 has a no cancellation fee, you will lose all your money.They gave us a room below the generator which cuts in all night and is extremely loud, we had to sleep with earplugs and basically had terrible sleeps. Any rooms on the back side of the hotel you will listen to this noise all day and all night. They decided it was a good idea to sand the wood around the pool therefore 3 days with no use of the pool.
I awoke with several bites which were consistent with bed bug bites. We travel consistently for 6 months during the winter, by far the worst experience we have had. Wish I could add photos etc as I taped the noise so other potential customers could hear it.
If you like your sleep and value your money this is not the place for you.

Hotel 50 suites is a very lovely, from the hotel lobby to the roof top.
Close to a great beach. Right off 5th Ave.
I especially appreciate the tea & coffee station in the fabulous Lobby.
Thank you to Luis who went above and beyond to make my room changes bearable.
This hotel is Easily my top pick for good value and convenience.

Everything was good The location, and the room was nicely laid out but we had construction outside our window a jackhammer going at 9:00 a.m. in the morning sometimes all day. And the pool was a little cold for some reason. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They offered to change our room but we decided to keep it since we were out most of the day.

The room when we entered really had a very moldy smell to it and during our stay we were out of water during showering, this happened twice during our one week stay.
The staff were polite and helpful though.

I wouldn’t book this place again but it’s in convenient location. It needs some love and care. Quiet at night time.

Very nice hotel at a very good price. Can see the beach and close to everything. Construction going on but like that for alot of areas. Would recommend. Staff was very friendly
