Great location and very clean

Прекрасный отель, отзывчивый и очень дружелюбный персонал. Стараются делать разнообразные ужины, завтрак немножко однообразный, но это не проблема. После выселения разрешают пользоваться душем, и всячески помогают. Расположение очень удобное, до Пальмы 30 минут не в час пик. На автобусе номер 25, остановка сразу за отелем.

Excellent. Un très bel hôtel bien situé Plusieurs arrêts de bus à disposition, multiples restaurants et bars, possibilité de longer la côte la mer est juste en face. Petit-déjeuner inclus dans la formule. Vaste choix chaque jour rien à redire. Le skybar est magnifique et reposant. Pareil pour le lobby d'accueil/espace détente. La chambre est très propre, celle réservée avait un balcon et vu sur mer. Parfait rien à redire. Petit bémol parfois on entend ses voisins de chambre mais rien de méchant pour ma part. Je recommande cet hôtel.

This Hotel is listed in ******* website as an Adult Only hotel. That information is inaccurate. The hotel is family oriented and not exclusively for adults. Instead of a quiet relaxing atmosphere that I was expecting it was loud with kids screaming all the time.

Upon arrival, the elevator from the street level to the main level, was not working. In order to check in, we had to get to the main level by going up 30 steps (maybe) with our heavy suitcases. Torres was so accommodating, he left the front desk unattended to come help bring our bags up. He apologized for the inconvenience and explained the elevator had been broken for a while with no certainty as to when the part would arrive. On the day of our check out, he told my friend there was no one that could help us; not so accommodating. They should have mentioned in the booking that the elevator wasn’t working. My friend has bad knees and we had heavy suitcases. This has to be a safety issue for people with slower mobility. The elevator inside the hotel to the rooms did work.

The staff was very nice, the view was beautiful, and the breakfast buffet was very good!

The water kept over spilling and the elevator situation was horrible. Overall it could be a great hotel one day

Beautiful hotel with great view to the sea. The room was clean and the staff was nice. We can recommend the hotel.

Very clean, modern, relaxed chilled vibe, with friendly, very helpful staff. Only criticism i would have was the smell in the bathroom from the drains/shower, like stale water ??
