Never come to this hotel unless you want to be cheated, abused and discriminated against! The old man on duty at night was very rude and abusive and told us to get lost and called us bitches 🤡 He even gave us the middle finger and tried to beat up two of us girls. We called the police that night but the Spanish police didn't come at all. The hotel was horrible and our lives were in danger. He signed us up for a tour but didn't give us the tickets and promised us a refund over the phone, but when we got back the old man told us to get lost. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

supper big and good with delicious breakfast and kind staff, they can call the taxi for you and there is a bus stop right at the gate of the hotel, it’s really convenient. We really had a good time at the hotel and it’s near the airport only cost 7mins so we can save time there.

Nice hotel, amazing pool zone, everything is clean... Recommended!!!

Very reasonably priced, for a nice hotel. 8 minute walk to the beautiful beach with plenty of places to eat around and great night life!

Were very plesent staff. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was nice. Was abit over priced but overall was a nice hotel

Loud noises all night long. Ciggerete butt leftovers in the balcony and bathroom. Terrible smell. Rooms not in the best condition. Overall dirty and noisy.

Very clean and Nice pool area. Load germans and the staff in the reseption was not service orientadet. Beds were terrible, all thow we had a New junior suite. The restaurant and breakfast was good and Nice staff.

The hotel was comfortable and welcoming. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. We received a complimentary bottle of bubbles in ice on our arrival. The rooms could do with a little enhancement to the soundproofing but as our neighbours were very quiet this did not detract from the holiday. The guests were predominantly German. We had a great week.

Nice hotel little bit outside Palma. Staff is very friendly. Stood only one night to continue traveling.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small and noisy, you can hear everything…that’s the downside for sure. Rooms need upgrade or renovations…

Had a great stay at this hotel staff were super friendly it is also in a good location was lucky with the weather being there in February an the pool area is really nice would definitely come back. Rooms are a little small but perfect for what you need

Reception staff very friendly. Very clean and nice hotel the pool area. Even though your dinner is included, you have to pay for water. Unusual. Overall, a pleasant hotel.
