Hotel Parque la Paz

We always book to stay in the Safari centre area twice a year. First time staying here and it’s definitely our favourite. Have already booked to stay again Easter. Great location and very clean and modern. We stayed in a 2 bedroom duplex apartment overlooking the pool. There were always sunbeds available around the pool and no one was reserving them with towels like other complex’s. The alcohol drinks were cheaply priced at the pool side bar but the soft drinks were 4 euro so we brought cans from local supermarket and kept them in the fridge on the room and fetched them when needed. Hotel is available with Jet 2 but we found it cheaper to book hotel direct and book fights separately.

I have to start off with,this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. You get dropped off right in front of the hotel . First, the hotel is in a great location. The reception is clean and bright, and the girls on the desk are friendly and very professional. They take time to give you all the information you need and answer any questions you have. The cleaners and maintenance staff are always on the go, keeping the hotel and rooms up to a very high standard . The pool isn't the biggest one we have had but is very well maintained, and there were always sunbeds if we wanted one. The pool bar is well run and not that expensive. The entertainment is on the stage next to the pool and pool bar, and there was always something on. The room was fantastic, spacious, and clean. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We had a ground floor one bedroom studio which had a terrace and opened onto a grassed area at the front of the hotel. On the terrace was a table and 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers. Both the sitting room and the bedroom opened up onto the terrace. The one bedroom studio has a main living area,with a breakfast bench, a small kitchen, with a 2 ring hob, loads of utensils, a kettle, a coffee machine,toaster, and microwave. A bathroom with a great shower ,sink with vanity mirror, with loads of space around the sink to put your toiletries and a hairdryer. The bedroom was quite big and had two single beds pushed together too make a big bed But it was still a very comfortable bed,2 bedside tables and wardrobes. You have la plaz strip just around the corner at the side of the hotel, and 2 minutes further down the road is the main strip . Where you will find loads of bars and restaurants and has a great atmosphere. The beach is only about a 6 minute walk away from the hotel. It's a lovely beach and has a great promenade with loads of bars and restaurants, that have fantastic views. This is the only hotel where my wife has said she could see herself living in. I have already booked our other holidays for this year but We will definitely be back .

Loved this place. Staff very helpful, rooms lovely modern, spacious and clean. Shower was great, wifi excellent. Didn’t eat at the hotel but drinks were good. Pool area nice, always able to get a bed but we were there in May. Location is great, everywhere walkable, lots of bars and restaurants and shops nearby. Couldn’t really find fault with anything apart from there was no air conditioning in the rooms. As we were there early May the room was bearable but I don’t think July/August would be very comfortable. It’s a shame really as the hotel has everything but air conditioning- I don’t know why it wasn’t added when they did the refurbishment not long ago. I would return to this hotel but not in the warmer summer months unfortunately.

We stayed at Hotel Parque La Paz for 11 nights and overall had a lovely experience. The apartment-style room was clean, spacious, and felt really homely. The hotel is in a great location — 5-min walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants lining the way. The hotel is in the heart of Playa de las Américas with plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants, and nightlife nearby, but far enough from the main strip to stay peaceful (Verónica’s roughly 20 min walk). Also Siam park waterpark is about a 10 min free bus drive from the hotel. We went all-inclusive. The drinks were great, and I personally enjoyed the food, although my partner wasn’t as impressed, so we ate out a few nights. The pool and sunbed area was clean and relaxing, and the staff were all friendly, helpful, and understanding. We really appreciate their help, especially the manager who was kind enough to help us many times during our stay. The only downside for us was the entertainment. The stage is quite small and the evening shows weren’t very engaging — not the best compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. Also, it’s a smoke-free hotel with only designated smoking areas, which felt a bit restrictive, especially when wanting to smoke during the shows. That said, it’s still a beautiful hotel and ideal for couples or families who don’t mind a smoke-free environment. If you’re after a clean, well-located stay with decent food and drinks and plenty of excursions nearby, I’d recommend it.

This was our 4th visit, the last time was 8 years ago when our kids were young. The hotel is now a 4 star and was previously a 3 star. This time we went with my sister in-law and niece (12) We had a wonderful time, the hotel is in a great location 2mins walk from the Golden Mile. The hotel has had a lot of work done since our previous stays, the rooms have been upgraded and the hotel its self has a lot of work done ( to make it more modern) . The rooms are cleaned every day, the rooms have a lot of space and the kitchen has everything you need for a self catering stay. As were self catering I cant comment on the restaurant food, we did order lunch at the bar and the food was nice and very reasonably priced. There was no issue getting a sun bed, but you can only reserve a sun bed with a towel for an hour, if you are not using the sun bed after an hour your towel will be taken away by the life guard. The entertainment for the week was ok, I think this was due to the fact that the season wasn't in full swing yet. The highlight of our stay was the staff at the hotel, they really are a credit to the hotel from the cleaners, bar staff and the reception staff they are all really friendly walk about with a smile on there face and are happy to assist any time. My husband left his phone on the transfer so we had to contact them arrange collection/drop off , the gentleman on reception could not be more helpful ( sorry did not get his name) he made the experience a little more stressless and we thank him for that. The only gripe I have with the hotel is there is no smoking on the balcony's or at the pool, if you want to smoke or vape you need to go out to the front of the hotel or walk away to the back of the pool area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We came to the hotel as a family of 2 at the end of October and received certain impressions regarding our holiday here. Some moments amazed us at how advanced this hotel is, and some other disappointed. I`m gonna start from counting good things: Great staff who works in here. I did not see anybody more friendly, helpful and understanding like people who work here. We did not feel any discomfort while speaking to anybody here, and it was lovely experience. The rooms were very good in terms of space, interior and facilities. We had everything to cook on our own, including cutlery and plates, even though we mostly ate in a restaurants. Also, we had a big comfortable balcony. The food was amazing, cooks and serving personnel are very friendly and tried to fulfil all our wishes. There was a lot of everything, and even the picky ones will find something their own. Every day is special in terms of cooking, there were different dishes, but at the same time the balance was kept - nothing was switched rapidly. The location of this hotel is very decent - everything can be reached within 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel: shopping centers, beaches, shops, grocery stores, parks. But some things we dislikes a lot. Very old and dirty towels, they used to be white someday, but now they are grey and had to be thrown away to bin a long time ago. Sometimes we were given dirty towels that had stains and we had to ask to change them once again. The same way, pillows were horrible and had to have its own place next to towels in the bin. For 4 stars it would be better to have other matrasses and bedding. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. There are a lot of questions to housekeeping, because it is hard to rate properly their cleaning in the hotel. We understand that Tenerife is subtropic island, and there are a lot of local cockroaches, but it does not mean they can`t be NOT removed during few days from laying next to elevator, which is close to the entrance of main restaurant. And it certainly does not mean that they can`t be dealt in any way - I saw a live cockroach running on the floor at the pool restaurant at lunch. Room cleaning was bad, especially toilet and shower, but somewhy the housepeeking considered it was a great idea to move our belongings in bathroom to other shelfs from sink. We did not understand whether was the bedding changed during our time of stay (6 nights), and if it was, it means that bedding is disastrous because it`s the same as dirty one. There were bathroom stains, and it looks very bad. Also, live bug got from canalization to our shower. We had all-inclusive, and still were asked to pay for the safe if we want to use it (50 euros for 6 nights). From personal opinion, I did not like that shower did not have door to be closed, it is opened-type, but it`s more somebody`s personal preference than some disadvantage. Lunch is not that diverse unlike breakfast or dinner because it is spent in pool restaurant, which is smaller than the main
