Hotel Best Tenerife

The Hotel was amazing the food was great the Entertainment was Fantastic had a really great time the staff made me and my Family feel welcome would love to come back someday in the Future hopefully for 2 weeks lol Best Holiday at Best Tenerife

The best Tenerife is a lovely clean hotel we got upgraded to a family room it was huge it had a double bed in one room, two singles pushed together in another room and settee bed in living area all three rooms had tvs. It also had a mini fridge with water, Fanta and coke on arrival. The food was lovely with loads choice wasn’t really keen on the drinks you had to make all your own but that wouldn’t put me off going again. The hotel is central to bars restaurants and the beach it’s in a lovely area right behind the safari centre, it would be better if you had more pillows we only had one think long one each, the room was clean regularly. There is a gin bar upstairs what do amazing cocktails it’s €3 if your all inclusive which is definitely worth it. The swimming pools were freezing they are huge and there is plenty of sun loungers. Had a brilliant stay and will definitely return.

The best hotel for location and value in playa de las Americas. The food is always good and the staff are fab, been here many times and will continue to do so. There’s not many hotels where if your half board (which I recommend at this hotel ) you can change your evening meal to a lunch as long as you let reception know the night before. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance and the beach is 500m. All the buses stop here even the free bus to Siam Park/Mall. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing people great service spotless great holiday only flaw the pool was too cold there was a impressive selection of food at both dinner and breakfast we went half board and we also found the price of the drinks very fair and not too expensive cocktails were gorgeous and enjoyed a relaxing morning in the spa

This is not a 4 star hotel. We decided to book this hotel as we like the location. We normally book La Siesta across the road but as this was more expensive we thought it would be better, but this was not the case. We were greeted lovely as we arrived just before the restaurant closed, and they offered us a meal, which was great. That was about it! We requested rooms together as we booked 2 rooms as we did not want to be split up. We were told that we couldn’t be accommodated as everyone can’t get what they want. That was at booking in. The hotel is dated and is in serious need of an update. All the furniture in the communal areas are shabby and dirty, with no style and nothing looks put together. The Eden project was pointless and dirty looking. The lifts made noises that we could hear in our rooms. The rooms were in serious need of an update. The flooring was worn or delaminating and all the furniture was chipped. The aircon was freezing and we needed the blankets as even when we turned it off, it still through out cold air. The pool area and bar was a joke. Self service bar was a shock, just helping yourself to alcohol was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. There was no control and it appeared no one was watching who was getting drinks. It didn’t seem to matter if you were all inclusive of 15 years old, just help yourself!!! And apparently cocktails are a hotel speciality, as long as you can press a button on a machine. Again a joke. The pool area was disorganised and was full even before breakfast as there was a towel rush at 6am. We got out of the hotel as much as we could. We were close to the beach which helped. Hygiene procedures in the restaurant needed to be followed as they did not take care with raw and cooked meat. There were not enough chefs behind the hot plate to cook all that was on offer, so there were long waits, which probably accounted for the lack of food standards. However the only place that was run like clockwork was the restaurant and the staff in there, not the chefs who were grumpy, were fantastic. I would never book this hotel again, and I would discourage anyone I know from booking!

Traveled with my 7 year old and we had high hopes but we're left disappointed. Firstly, don't book room 255 unless you don't plan to get any sleep. Looked perfect to start with, huge balcony but it's right by the stage and music blares until 11pm, then rude guests use the fire escape next to the room to get to the pool at 5.45 in the mornings waking you up with the loudest fire door opening I've ever heard. This is constant while people run down in the pitch black to reserve sunbeds. There's signs up to say no reserving beds and towels will be removed but honestly, by 7am, all beds have towels on. The pools are freezing cold in October, I honestly would never go to a hotel without heated pools in October after this experience. There is one lifeguard on duty who monitors the deep adult pool, telling kids off for using rubber rings in the deep pool yet no-one gets told off for playing ball despite the signs saying no balls allowed. Many parents seem to spend all their time sunbathing and not watching their kids which results in many adults and children coming under attack from children who think it's acceptable to constantly squirt you with water guns in the face The entertainment team is ok if you like men in pink tutus. They do kids and adult entertainment including alcoholic drinking games by the pool (hardly family friendly) The location is good, easy walk to the beach and shops, the dining staff are nice and food is ok, the middle counters seem to repeat the same dinner daily and then there's a few new options freshly cooked each night. The pool bar is ok, self service if you're all inclusive. I don't actually think anyone monitors this as plenty of people without bands were helping themselves to free alcohol. All in all we won't be returning, for a supposed 4star, the guests are letting this down massively. If I had travelled as an all adult group which there were a few of, I wouldn't have been impressed with the standard of guests.
