What can I say what a lovely family holiday at your wonderful hotel .we stopped in the garden appartments lovely rooms and spotlessly clean ,On our arrival getting there at early hours we found lovely sandwiches and drinks in our room what a lovely gesture. The food was lovely and a fantastic choice for everyone entertainment really good especially the dico and Greek night .A special mention for Steph what a lovely beautiful person inside and out giving 100% to make everyone happy she certainly knows her job .Thank you on behalf of my family for a lovely holiday hoping to return next year.

Just came back from 7 nights all inclusive at the hotel and can honestly say I didn’t want to leave. We had a double room for a family of 4 which was very clean however, slightly on the small side but we didn’t spend much time in the room so it was okay. The pool area was exceptional, the slides and splash area for the kids are fantastic and they have activities in the pool through out the day. We didn’t spend much time at the evening entertainment we went to the amusement area in the hotel most nights. The food I was happy with, I’m not a fussy eater so I would of been fine anyway but there is plenty of options in the buffet and the snack bar throughout the day serving gyros, pizzas, burgers & salad was a real treat. We didn’t manage to get into the Greek restaurant as this was fully booked but we managed to get into the Asian twice and it was lovely. There are restaurants within walking distance but if you are looking for a more livelier evening you can find plenty of bars, restaurants & shops in Platanias which is a 10 min drive away or you can get a bus there. Overall me & my family have had such a lovely holiday and will defo be returning!

A superb family holiday. Great resort in a good location Exceptionally clean.Good food for an all inclusive especially in the Asian and Greek restaurants. All the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. A special mention for Steff the animation/entertainments team leader. She is very focused and good at her job and keen to make everyone happy. Although busy she still found time to talk to us where we discovered a very talented, honest and beautiful person. She is a great asset to the resort. Thanks all for a great holiday!

We booked this hotel last minute and glad we did. Pros Kids club is amazing. The staff are truly fantastic and my 7yo daughter loved it (even though she normally doesn't want to go) The bungalows are beautiful. So perfect The slides are a huge bonus. Great for all ages and family fun The two a la carte offer a nice change to the repetition The resort is generally clean and has recently gone through a modernisation Very safe for kids to explore and have fun Highly recommend a trip to Chania - was a huge highlight for us Pizza and gyros were insanely good Cons The buffet was nice and very fresh but felt quite limited and same each day would have been nice to see some specialities or chefs cooking fresh fish for example or morning omelettes / smoothies. We often go AI so always manage our expectations. Lack of set up for older kids (10-15) this could be easily introduced. A wee programme to help them meet friends and keep them entertained. My 11 yo son was too old for kids club and too young for the animation prog The entertainment is fine but there is nothing really to do past 10pm. Location is lovely but quiet and not much around to explore outside the hotel All in all we wish the hotel all the success and would recommend for an easy family holiday. Thanks for having us 💕🙏🏼

Our recent holiday in Crete was nothing short of spectacular. We stayed in a seaview room with a magnificent vista that allowed us to watch the sunrise every morning—a brilliant way to start each day. The food was delicious, with tasty desserts that were a particular highlight. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, listening to the soothing sound of the waves, and having fun in the sea. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Upon our arrival, we received a warm welcome from Maria, the customer relations representative. She guided us through the hotel's facilities and escorted us to our room, which was beautifully prepared. Maria took note of all our requests made through TUI and consistently followed up to ensure we were satisfied with our stay. Her friendly and personal touch made our experience truly special. The dining area manager, Nektarios, was also exceptionally friendly, frequently checking in to ensure we were enjoying our meals. His genuine concern for our satisfaction added a personal touch to our dining experience. We also want to give a special mention to Yoda, the lady who cooked and flipped our eggs and was so friendly and jolly, making our mornings even more delightful. In general, all the dining room staff and bar staff deserve recognition for their excellent service and warm hospitality. We were deeply touched by an email from Maria upon our return home, as we had left early in the morning and missed the chance to say goodbye. In summary, it was a fabulous holiday filled with fun and relaxation. We enjoyed refreshing cocktails by the pool, a stunning beach, and the charm of Chania town with its Venetian architecture and picturesque harbour. The magnificent view from our balcony and the delicious food made our stay unforgettable. We can't wait to go back! Annie and Ed

JUST RETURN FROM ALANTICIA OCEAN BEACH RESORT, HAD 7 NIGHTS, PARTY OF 2 FAMILIES, 4 ADULTS, 2 CHILDREN, STAYING IN SEA VEIW ROOMS 437,441, HAD A GREAT VEIW FROM THE BALCONY, EVEN IF A LITTLE SMALL, ONLY ONE PROBLEM WITH OUR 437, IS THE BATHROOM A LITTLE TIGHT, COULD DO WITH A SLIDING DOOR AS MY SON HAD IN ROOM 441, BUT A PART FROM THAT EVERY THINK ELSE WAS FINE, FOOD WAS GREAT, AND PLENTY FULL, HAD A RESERVATION AT THE GREEK RESTURANT ON THE BEACH FOR A BIRTHDAY DINNER, AND A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF FOR MAKING IT A GREAT NIGHT, POOL IS LARGE AND WITH THE KIDS POOL AND WATER PARK, FANTASTIC FOR THE CHILDREN, BAR STAFF FRIENDLY, AND MAKING THE KIDS COCKTAILS, ALCOHOL FREE WAS NO PROBLEM, DAYTIME PIZZA JUST DOWN BY THE BEACH WAS GREAT, AND AS FRESH AS THEY COME, ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS THERE WAS NO CHIPS TO GO WITH PIZZA, KEBAB AND SALAD ALSO AVAIBLE WHICH WAS GOOD, BIG THANK YOU TO THE LADY IN THE WAFFLE/ ICE CREAM PARLOUR WHO LOOKED AFTER US EVERY DAY, KIDS DISCO FINE, SEEN A COUPLE OF SHOWS, KIDS STARTED TO GET TIRED ABOUT 10.30PM, READY FOR BED, BUT WHAT I HAD SEEN WAS FINE, ROOMS CLEANED, TOWELS CHANGED ON A REGULAR BASIS, AND THE RESORT WAS SPOTLESS, A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF FOR MAKING OUR STAY WARM AND WELCOMING.

We had the best experience here with our daughter. Everyone was so kind to us, excellent service. We had dinner at the Greek restaurant when our daughter turned 1. The staff sang for her, gave her a cake (delicious) and balloons. When we were back at the hotel room a staff member came with gifts for her. We really appreciate the efforts and all the love we received here!! The “Grab and Go” near the pool is a winning concept, specially if you have kids. They also have plenty of deck chairs!

Went here with 5 and 7 old. Room was nice but small and had a joint balcony area with others. Didn’t like it. Hard beds, pillows ok. Aircondition ok. Food was not good and basicly every day the same with a little few changes and had no taste. Our 5 year old was having hard time to find anything to eat. A lot of tasteless pastas and weird meats. All the good staff weren’t available every day. For example watermelons were served only in the dinner, feta or plain lettuce were not served everyday and all foods for children were poor. Also there were no vegetable milks, no lactose free or gluten free products/foods. In the morning the beer, ,wine and sodas are NOT included. Only water and juices (pineapple, orange, Apple) with weren’t good. If you want water bottles to the room you can have it by the glass or you have to buy bottles from the store (prices are 3x expencive than normally), water is included only by glasses. Not all cocktails are included. and for example pina colada isn’t made like it should. Icecoffee was terrible. Snack bar at the pool area was good: pizza, Gyros and hamburger. The pool area is great but the beach is really rocky. There are really (!) big rocks where the wave ends, so it’s really hard to get to the water and out of the water. It’s not for someone with hard time to walk or for small children. Toilets at the pool were really terrible, there were no cleaning during the day. Floors were flooded with water and they smell like piss. First days during our stay there were enough sunbeds for everyone and there weren’t need to go to the pool early to get the sunbed, but last days of our stay the hotel is really booked so there wasn’t enough sunbeds for everyone. Staff doesn’t speak good English. Staff in the restaurants and bars are a pit rude, they don’t smile or say hello. But i understand that because some hotel guest act also rude. There is a dresscode for the dinner but many people are coming in like in beach clothes. Also people are not following other tulee, like people are swimming in regular clothes or even in underwears, eating, drinking and even smoking in the pools. Lifeguards at the pool are doing their best, and they are many, but they can’t see everything. They are hands full because people are not watching what their childrens are doing, adults are playing like diffrent ballgames in the pool and taking the space, really people just don’t think that there are others as well. Minimarket in the hotel is expensive. For example Wine Bottle 14€. Everything is like 3x normal price. There is another store near, across the road wich is a pit cheaper. Beautiful place but will not come again because of the bad food and other guest. Also we missed one day, because of the late flight time when we arrived (which is a TUI problem) and also at the check out day flight leaves at 11pm and the check out is 12am, so that is also a problem. It wasn’t worth of the money.

An extremely friendly and professional service. The property is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean. The food variety is amazing, catering for all tastes. We took an All Exclusive package. EVERYTHING was included!! Highly recommended.
