#好評#對房間大小，交通方便程度滿意；#負評#對酒店氣味，鄰近餐廳失望；在国内住不起凯悦酒店，在国外凯悦酒店同样又贵又low，大堂自动门一打开那个潮湿腐朽的霉味扑面而来，我就知道完蛋了，果然，房间里的老旧更是难以忍受！选择酒店时，看到近年重新装修，事实是，并没有！不推荐

There were stains on sheets. The shower had mold and was very dirty. Our friend who was in another room had bed bugs.

Room was nicely decorated, clean and front desk handles check in quickly.
We were in no -smoking room but ottoman had a cigarette burn, Odd.

Room not Ready by 3 pm had to wait 40 min
Bed are not queen size they are full size
Sofá bed not confortable, you could feel the spring , the fridge not could enough

The Hotel needs a renovation in rooms, tv seems they get stock in the 80 there, drinking food options not to much, the room 310 next to the staff room always noise of machines or something working there not confortable to rest

Unfortunately I found this property to be average as it is an older property. The pictures represent the property as a modern up to date property. Also I was not able to get an itemized bill at the end of my stay. The fees they charge are not representative of those of other hotels I have stayed at. If this property has issues with damages and need to hold a $50.00 per day deposit, I feel this needs to be represented on website more aggressively so that guest know what to expect upon check it. At the front desk union check in you are told they need a credit card for a deposit for incidentals but instead you are charged a $50.00 per day damage fee. Also the entire amount of your stay is charge to your card upon check in. I travel a lot and have never stayed at a hotel with such strong restrictions on the quest. Not to even get a print out of your stay!!!!

The property is aged and needs a renovation. Does not live up to the Hyatt brand. It was nice one time ago, but very disappointed at the present condition.

Its was easy to check in and check out, that was nice and the room was clean each day nicely. The breakfast was a good plus if we wanted something to eat quickly before heading out. My only complaint is there was a wet smell in the room that was unpleasant. We didn’t say anything because we literally only used the room to shower and sleep.
