可能是我住過最舒適的一間。全程無小童，非常寧靜放鬆。員工服務專業，房間每日清潔，迷你吧飲品豐富並會補充，水準超越不少五星級酒店。 酒店應該新開，設施現代又整潔。唯一缺點係位置較偏，距離市中心有點遠，由機場搭的士約15分鐘，不駕車的話交通費用較高。酒店亦提供活動及交通安排，雖然方便但價格會較高。 整體而言，非常推薦，適合想要寧靜高質假期嘅旅客。

Lovely, adults only hotel where you are treated warmly from arrival to departure. On arrival we were given a welcome drink, hot towels etc. Hotel feels intimate and rooms and pool are lovely. There were only a few sun beds in the sun however. Food was great but did get a little repetitive with the evening buffet. Nice to get live music some evenings when we were having dinner. Morning breakfast was lovely and could be ordered via a QR code on the table. Bar/drinks perhaps a little on the expensive side and I would not recommend the tasting menu night at the sister hotel, which felt expensive and left us feeling hungry, an situated in alleyway rather than by pool as we expected. We booked via Secret Escapes. We booked a Shared Pool Superior suite and from reading previous review was advised to request a room on the 'sunny' side of the hotel. We did get this but it was probably the poorest room being the nearest room to the bar/restaurant making it noisy (particularly in the morning) and as soon as you went onto the balcony the guests, eating and drinking would immediately look at you, which was uncomfortable. The pool and lounger areas were pretty much in partial shade most of the day too. We asked for a move but there were no rooms available on the sunny side of the hotel so we begrudgingly moved to the side in the shade. Here there was privacy but the pool and lounger were only in sun till about 10.30am and the shared pool never got warm so we never went in it! In the evening, as your room and most of the rooms had no sun, and the bar is also in shade, we walked down to the beach for a glass of wine (a lot cheaper than the hotel) and it was lovely to watch the sun go down here. Recommend the Boomerang Beach Bar. In terms of improvements, I would think about creating some kind of roof top bar where the tasting restaurant is and I would think about allowing guests to pick their own room from map or differentiate the shady and sunny sides of the hotel by price to avoid inevitable disappointment. I would also recommend a room on the first floor on the sunny side of the hotel, rather than any on the shady side. Lastly, with these rooms there is also no room for a chair etc so you cannot sit outside in the evening comfortably. A nice hotel but room for improvement. We also filled in a satisfaction survey at breakfast one morning and when I scored a 7 as I had been disappointed with the room experience, a member of staff came over immediately to question why I had given the score. I had thought this was anonymous and the conversation was slightly uncomfortable. I think maybe if we had booked direct rather than via Secret Escapes, we might have got a slightly different experience. Prices considerably more expensive booking direct. Overall, a good experience, but could have been AMAZING.

We couldn't really ask for more during our babymoon. We booked a jr. suite with private pool, that had sun from the morning to around 15:00, which was perfect for us. If you prefer sun in the afternoon/evening you'd want the bigger suite with private pool (no sun in the morning) where we spend one night in as well. We had a baby moon package and were welcomed with a romantic decorated room including some extra's. Breakfast is amazing with many healthy and snack options. Lunch menu is diverse en good quality, and for diner they have plenty options if you don't want to leave the place, which came in great with a pregnant girlfriend. Spa is lovely, free to use for guests and the massages (paid of course) were outstanding. Small gym, but the hotel has a bigger gym you can freely use. Can overall really recommend this for a baby moon or if you just want a relaxed experience with outstanding service.

Just returned from my second stay at contessina suites and spa, it was another fantastic stay. This hotel has the ultimate relaxation vibe. The staff and friendly and helpful, the pool and surrounding areas are totally laidback, the spa is exceptional and truly tranquil and this remains one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever experienced. We stayed in room 426 this time and were totally amazed with how spacious and beautiful it was. The only tiny let down was that the room had a window that had a gorgeous sea view, however the outside of the window was filthy which obstructed the view and made it pretty undesirable. Please clean this window! It’s a huge selling point of this room and it’s such a shame to let it go to the waste. The only other slight let downs (and this doesn’t detract from the 5 star rating) is that the poolside snack bar is really disappointing. I wrote in my review last year that the menu was lacking in vegetarian options but returning this year I found that the options were even worse! This is such a shame and a massive let down. There are plenty of other lovely tavernas and beach bars to go to for lunch though, which is what we did every day. We also wanted to book in to Nobile restaurant, we enquired about this on Sunday evening and looked at the menus and we said we would return to book. We returned on Monday and said we’d like to book for Tuesday evening we were told we couldn’t as the restaurant was closed. I was really disappointed that this wasn’t mentioned to us on Sunday when we enquired and the hotel app states that the restaurant is open every night. We were going home on the Wednesday so this meant we couldn’t visit the restaurant at all. The booking of the spa pool has also had its time decreased. We booked to use it last year and got an hour, however this year we only got half an hour. This was disappointing as it didn’t feel like enough time to totally enjoy and relax. However we still had a fantastic time and I’d definitely return for a third time!
