可能是我住過最舒適的一間。全程無小童，非常寧靜放鬆。員工服務專業，房間每日清潔，迷你吧飲品豐富並會補充，水準超越不少五星級酒店。 酒店應該新開，設施現代又整潔。唯一缺點係位置較偏，距離市中心有點遠，由機場搭的士約15分鐘，不駕車的話交通費用較高。酒店亦提供活動及交通安排，雖然方便但價格會較高。 整體而言，非常推薦，適合想要寧靜高質假期嘅旅客。

Just returned from my second stay at contessina suites and spa, it was another fantastic stay. This hotel has the ultimate relaxation vibe. The staff and friendly and helpful, the pool and surrounding areas are totally laidback, the spa is exceptional and truly tranquil and this remains one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever experienced. We stayed in room 426 this time and were totally amazed with how spacious and beautiful it was. The only tiny let down was that the room had a window that had a gorgeous sea view, however the outside of the window was filthy which obstructed the view and made it pretty undesirable. Please clean this window! It’s a huge selling point of this room and it’s such a shame to let it go to the waste. The only other slight let downs (and this doesn’t detract from the 5 star rating) is that the poolside snack bar is really disappointing. I wrote in my review last year that the menu was lacking in vegetarian options but returning this year I found that the options were even worse! This is such a shame and a massive let down. There are plenty of other lovely tavernas and beach bars to go to for lunch though, which is what we did every day. We also wanted to book in to Nobile restaurant, we enquired about this on Sunday evening and looked at the menus and we said we would return to book. We returned on Monday and said we’d like to book for Tuesday evening we were told we couldn’t as the restaurant was closed. I was really disappointed that this wasn’t mentioned to us on Sunday when we enquired and the hotel app states that the restaurant is open every night. We were going home on the Wednesday so this meant we couldn’t visit the restaurant at all. The booking of the spa pool has also had its time decreased. We booked to use it last year and got an hour, however this year we only got half an hour. This was disappointing as it didn’t feel like enough time to totally enjoy and relax. However we still had a fantastic time and I’d definitely return for a third time!

Perfect, adult only oasis of calm and peace. Pool area is really relaxing, with double sunbeds. We stayed in an upstairs room which was really lovely, balcony and spa bath. Staff were excellent, catered fir our every need. Definitely recommend to other couples looking for a luxury escape.

Having just returned from a week at this hotel, I can thoroughly recommend it for a relaxing adults only stay. As previous reviewers have mentioned, all the hotel staff are amazing and particular mention must go to Maria who was fantastic. The staff really do care about their guests. The breakfast was great and so much choice. It would be difficult not to find something that you like. Thank you to all hotel staff for making our stay so wonderful!

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Contessina suites & spa. From the moment I arrived at this hotel I felt completely relaxed. The staff went above and beyond throughout the duration of my stay, nothing was ever too much and they made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. The drinks on arrival were a really great touch and really set the tone for how much of a fantastic stay you’ll have at this hotel. The breakfast is great and yet again the staff at breakfast are fantastic, really attentive and their service is always efficient and friendly. Our room (224) was brilliant, beautifully decorated with lots of space and a really comfy bed! The double sinks separate to the bathroom we really liked. The spa is a MUST. This spa was better than any I have been to in the UK, and no surprises that the staff in the spa were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The app to use to order food and drinks around the hotel is also a great touch and again the service from using this app was fantastic. I think there a few improvements that could be made to this hotel which we did address with the staff but worth a mention below (this didn’t impact our stay in any way but definitely things to be aware of). The snack menu isn’t great for vegetarians, they have around 5 options and 2 of which are pasta (I personally didn’t want to eat pasta around the pool in the middle of the day) it would be great if they could add a couple more choices for vegetarians or even some lighter options to this menu. We had a few issues with the button to turn our shower on in room 224 which we addressed around 3 times with the hotel. Each time they sent one of the maintenance team around and they never had any problems turning the shower on but as soon as they left the problem continued, this was frustrating but again didn’t impact the stay in any way and hopefully they investigated the issue further once we left. The location of the hotel is also fantastic with so many great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The restaurant halfway house which is a 2 minute walk away from the hotel is a MUST try. All in all a fantastic hotel with beautiful scenery and excellent staff. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here, I’m hoping to return next year!
