Designed for families who need month and longer stays during insurance claims (water, fire, hail damage) or job relocation. Central location in West Plano in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. Quick access to North Dallas Tollway for work & airport trips. Local roads provide easy drive to schools (Plano West HS, TCA, PCA), shopping (Kroger, HEB, Shops at Legacy); and hiking & walking (Arbor Hills nature preserve). The space Open, Well-Appointed Kitchen: The bright and open kitchen flows to the comfortable living area providing ample space for your family to gather. The kitchen has all appliances included (new SS French door fridge) and an abundant set of kitchenware (pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, bowls etc) is provided for cooking and baking. Family-Friendly, 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms: The primary bedroom is located on the main floor. It has a king bed and a large ensuite with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The other three bedrooms are upstairs. One has a king bed with ensuite; the second has a Queen bed with shared jack & jill bathroom; and 4th is set up as an office with a day bed. Two sets of linens for each bed and plenty of towels are provided and included. Modern Washer & Dryer A new LG top-load washer and dryer were installed in April 2023. Large capacity to provide plenty of cleaning ability for your active family. Relaxing Backyard Oasis with Pool and SPA: The backyard is one to enjoy! Pool, spa and relaxing fountain. Outdoor grill and patio under a covered pergola. And in the evening turn on the pool mood lights to let the stress of the day linger away. Pets Welcome: Fenced backyard and grass area for pets. Dogs welcome with additional pet fee - please inquire prior to booking to determine acceptability and fee. Guest access The entire house and backyard is available. Other things to note Pets (dogs) welcome: We love dogs! The house is ideal with a fenced backyard. Please send me a message prior to booking to provide details about your pet. If approved, a non-refundable pet fee are required for each pet. Pool : Enjoy! It outlines the use and service provisioning for the pool. For bookings longer than 30 days: Fantastic! We cater to longer stays. Cleaning: The house is professionally cleaned before your arrival.
