A welcome letter will be sent the night before or day of arrival. The neighborhood has low a low volume of traffic but do not suggest letting kids play anywhere but the back yard because this is not a cul de sac. There will be a tenant most likely downstairs so please keep it down to a minimum after 10:30pm on week nights and 11:30pm on weekends.
