It’s newly renovated and looks brand new. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The hosts Pino and Christina are very friendly and helpful. It is secluded, which we like, but very close to a quaint little town, Pizzo. We booked for a night’s layover on our way from Palermo to Bari. Had we known it was that nice we would have booked longer.

Room was clean and comfortable but the proximity to the train line made it impossible to sleep. Breakfast very limited. Near beach not nice and the distance to the city center made it impossible to walk.

The accommodation was wonderful in every regard. The host was very congenial and the room was spotless.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Camera funzionale, pulita e ben arredata. Bagno spazioso con doccia grande. Il passaggio del treno non è assolutamente un problema. Colazione non abbondante ma soddisfacente. I proprietari sempre disponibili e soprattutto col sorriso: amano ciò che fanno.

Posto molto bello, ben curato e i proprietari sono di una gentilezza e una cortesia fuori dal comune. Stanze belle grandi e ben ordinate, se dovete fare una vacanza nella provincia di Vibo Valentia vi consiglio vivamente di fare un salto a Villa Prima Luce.

Sono stata in questa struttura a giugno 2022 in concomitanza di un matrimonio. Camera pulitissima, fortunatamente con aria condizionata perché erano due giorni molto afoso. Personale gentilissimo, ci hanno anche permesso di fare colazione oltre orario previsto. Esempio da seguire per molte strutture ricettive Calabresi!

Abbiamo prenotato una sola notte presso questo B&B il 28/06, ospiti di una coppia di sposi in quanto invitati al loro matrimonio. Trascinando commenti sul basso livello generale della struttura a pochissimi metri da un binario ferroviario e per tanto sulla veridicità delle recensioni che si possono trovare su booking. La scortesia è di casa. Abbiamo chiesto gentilmente di ritardare il check out di qualche minuto, in quanto avevamo fatto tardi la sera prima per il matrimonio. Molto maleducatamente il proprietario ha risposto letteralmente: "non vi ho mica detto io di tornare tardi" con aria quasi minacciosa. Non è sicurante questo il modo di rispondere, poteva semplicemente dire che non era possibile. Ps camera piccola e angusta vista binario, in fine colazione pessima da bar di bassissimo livello.
