Our stay was perfect. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The pool area was super clean as were the hallways and our room. The only downside was the bed was very hard and squeaked a bit when we rolled over. I would stay here again.

Had a great stay for two nights with two small children. Loved separate bedroom, kitchenette, and pool. Very quiet, enjoyable room.

Highly recommended! Berkshire Mountain Lodge is my go-to when visiting the area. Easy check-in, clean & comfortable. I especially appreciate the full kitchen.

We love that the suites are fully equipped studio apartments. The lodge surrounded by woods, and it is very quiet. The lobby decor is beautiful, reminding us of the set of the movie, the Budapest Hotel. In addition to all this, it is very convenient to shopping and to all the outdoor fun, nature, and arts venues of Pittsfield.

Nice place. Only problem was the pool was very cold and the hot tub was outside and not so hot. You pay an extra $20 resort fee and expect more.

The property is in a location that is convenient for everything! And the foliage was beautiful. Wish the pool had been open.

Resort and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Was close to markets and dining options.
Did not like the pool was under maintenance and they offered another pool which was a 30 mins deive away.
Getting to our room was hard, the resort felt like a maze and getting lost was easy.

We really liked it here. The hotel is affordable, comfortable, quiet, and peaceful. Everything we were hoping for as we went out most days and explored the area. The suites are gigantic. We will be staying here again in the future!

Pro: our suite was spacious and immaculate.
Also very quiet.
Con: reservation was for handicap accessible room and there were none available. Check-in person was not empathetic.
Furniture showed signs of wear and tear. The mattress sagged and should be replaced
