Panorama Hotel Fontanella

Hugely overpriced! Did not offer value for money. Did not live up to the details on your web site. Frankly we wanted to leave early but were left in no doubt that our prepaid fee would be forfeit .....this was a very unpleasant feeling! Food was at best 3 out of 10. We had the feeling that they were spending the minimum to extract the maximum profit from us. Breakfast was the bare minmum. No effort at all to offer food that our 7 year old could eat. Mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable Staff were distant and without smiiling! Bar area was very poor. The hotel is actually OUTSIDE Madonna de Campiglio. Frankly we should have been reimbursed for the whole stay!

I spent amazing two weeks in Panorama Hotel Fontanella. It’s a wonderful family hotel, superb service, extraordinary delicious food, benevolent service excellent SPA with indoor/outdoor pool, and most of all that Panorama View on Dolomiti du Brenta. I can recommend this Hotel with pure heart and you can be sure that Marco and his family will take good care of you and make sure your stay will be remembered. I really love this place and I am planning my next trip here!

My partner, our 10 month-old baby and I arrived at this hotel on Sunday July 3rd. Check-in was friendly, we were briefed on things to do, breakfast, etc. As soon as we got to the room I realized we hadn't been given any information about the pool. As the pool was the main reason we booked the hotel, my partner returned to the reception. Unfortunately, he came back empty-handed. Much to our surprise, hotel owner Marco said not only that we had to pay €15 per person (access for couple of hours if not too crowded) but also and above all that our baby was not allowed in the pool (!) because: "Do you know what it costs to have the pool cleaned should your baby have a full diaper (?!)". I couldn't believe my ears. Such a rude and incomprehensible behavior and this for a hotel owner no less. Should this have been mentioned upon making the reservation, it goes without saying that we would never have booked this hotel (12h travel is no fun with a 10-month-old baby). I told him I disagreed and showed him that none of this was stated while making the booking. Instead of acting like a proper hotel owner and apologizing for the misunderstanding, his behavior kept getting worse. He literally told us: "that's what happens when you book through *********** and not on our website". Who knows why he puts his hotel on *********** in the first place... Instead of apologizing and allowing us in the pool (with baby & without fees!), he stood firm that this was an issue between *********** & us. We didn't want to stay here for a minute longer and immediately left back home after a 12-hour outward journey. What that man (unworthy of the name hotel-owner) did to our family is unforgivable. Instead of taking this as a miscommunication between him & ***********, he argued with us, his customers no less, at the reception (in front of other customers) for a mistake on his side and ruined our vacation. We immediately opened a complaint file with *********** (who were equally appalled by such behavior) and were refunded 3 nights out of 4. In terms of customer friendliness, this hotel scores a 0/10.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura dal 6 al 10 dicembre nella stanza Crozzon. È stata una piacevole conferma in quanto è la seconda volta che prenoto in questa struttura, a distanza di anni non si smentisce mai. Camera con vista stupenda ( hotel con la migliore vista di campiglio). Avevamo la mezza pensione (ne vale la pena) ottime le cene che ci sono state servite. Hotel a conduzione famigliare che ti fa sentire a casa. Spa con vista meravigliosa.

Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti (minimo prenotabilr visto il periodo) in mezza pensione con il capodanno in mezzo. Hotel vecchio stile,camera con moquette ed un caldo esagerato,non si riusciva ad abbassare il termostato sotto i 23°,quindi finestre aperte di notte. Cibo nella media,colazione basica. Nota negativa la cena del 31 terminata alle ore 23 e quindi la mezzanotte in piedi a vedere 2 fontanelle esterne,ore 00.15 in camera. Personale gentile e disponibile. Spa molto bella,nota positiva che fa alzare il mio giudizio.,anche se la biancheria non viene cambiata,fornita all'arrivo e fino alla partenza stesse ciabattine usa e getta inzuppate ed accappatoi.

Io mio marito ed amici abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel nel periodo natalizio. La vista sulle dolomiti del Brenta è spettacolare. Pulizia eccellente, ottima la cucina sia la colazione che la cena. La Spa ha una piscina molto bella sempre con vista magnifica. Gentilissimi i proprietari. Da ripetere
