Tỷ lệ giá cả-chất lượng tuyệt vời, cô gái ở quầy lễ tân rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ, và mặc dù có rào cản ngôn ngữ, cô ấy đã vượt qua mọi mong đợi để tìm cho chúng tôi một chuyến xe đến ga tàu vào sáng sớm.

Đây là nơi tôi có thể đắm mình vào bầu không khí lịch sử, yên bình và tuyệt đẹp. Họ trang trí phòng bằng đồ nội thất cổ điển có thể đưa mọi người trở về triều đại trước. I stayed for one night at this wonderful hotel, and it was truly a memorable experience. The hotel perfectly captures the essence of historical Chinese architecture, with intricate details and an authentic ambiance that transports you to another era. Beyond its stunning design, the service was exceptional—staff members were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Every interaction felt sincere and welcoming, making my short stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were well-maintained, blending traditional aesthetics with modern comforts. What impressed me the most was the hotel's incredible location. Nestled in a prime spot, it provided easy access to key attractions. If you appreciate history, culture, and top-notch hospitality, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it!

My stay at the Red Lantern Inn in Pingyao was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, the owner was incredibly friendly and provided full-service hospitality. I was even greeted with a thoughtful gift of vinegar upon check-in. The hotel is unique and charming, not your typical modern hotel. The reception is located in a shop at the front, but the hotel's name is clearly displayed, making it easy to find. The directions on Trip.com were accurate, and although it’s a bit of a walk from the North Gate, it’s worth it. The atmosphere of the inn is enchanting, transporting you to old-world China. The rooms are simply designed yet very comfortable. The hotel also offers traditional costume rentals for photos, which was a fun experience. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The owner helped us arrange a bus for sightseeing and even provided a free ride to the Pingyaogucheng Railway Station, despite it being quite far. The car was spacious and comfortable. To top it all off, I experienced my first snowfall here, making my stay even more magical. I highly recommend the Red Lantern Inn to anyone visiting Pingyao. It’s a place that offers not just a stay, but an unforgettable cultural experience!

One of my best stay in China. The Inn is inside the Old Town, has a lot of character and looks very charming. It's also just a little bit away from the main tourist road, which means it's quiet and relaxing. They offer pick up and luggage delivery, which is a plus. The room was very warm, comfortable, with very good shower products too, so it's a great stay during cold days. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Thanks for a lovely stay.

It was a great guesthouse, I had a cozy room with floor heating, a small delicious breakfast. The pickup from the trainstation was free, for the return trip you had to pay. The atmosphere is really good and the courtyard with the lanterns is pretty. Friendly owners. Highly recommend:)

Room very authentical and traditional. Placed in a charming pingyao style courtyard. Very well positioned and our room was very well warm air conditionned BUT there was not cleaning service and they never asked us to reset up our room. We spent there 3 nights and they never came to set up the room and clean the bathroom baskets. Breakfast was included in our stay with a set menu which has been always the same every morning with just some vegetables, a poor porridge (sometimes cold) with an egg each. No coffee. In our stay a gift was included (a local vinegar) BUT we never received it.

Perfectly placed in a beautiful street near from the main attractions but quieter than the major touristic streets, this hotel is very charming and confortable. Owners are very nice and helpful. A place where to stay if you plan a few days in Pingyao !!
