Respect neighbors and don’t trespass. If a ball goes over the fence, contact us instead of disturbing neighbors. No Smoking/Vaping: Anywhere on the property – $500 fine for violations. Grill Use: Only use propane, no charcoal – damages will incur replacement costs. Fire Safety: Turn off propane after use. Never use charcoal or lighter fluid – $500 fine. Trash: Bag all trash and use garbage bins – no loose items or bags left outside. Damages: Report accidents or stains right away. Cleanliness: Keep the space tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Check-Out: 10 AM sharp. Late check-out fee: $50 per 30 minutes.
