Our home sits within 20 minutes from public beach access and less than 10 minutes from area hospitals. It's perfect for families with small children or pets! Guests have access to the grill and deck during their stay! With many of the comforts you'd need for a change in scenery staycation or a much needed getaway, we've got you covered! - Bring your pets! *w/ fee - (Just $100 per pet / per stay!) Boasting 2 bedrooms; 2 beds; 1 Sleeper sofa ; 2 bathrooms; dines and sleeps up to 5 Guests! Please remember that you will be staying in a home that is 100% smoke-free, excluding any outdoor areas. Please be courteous of our space and our neighbors with the same respect you would show your own! Please note our policy: Issues or concerns must be reported within 12 hours of check-in EARLY CHECK-IN - We can try our best but can only guarantee 4:00 PM. If you reach out to us on the day of arrival, we can see what the status of the home is in and once approved by our Inspectors, grant an earlier check-in! PETS - We know how hard it is to travel with furry family members, so we try to be as accommodating as possible - we don't have weight or breed restrictions, but ask that they be house-trained, recently groomed/cleaned, and up to date on their flea and tick medicines. We treat pets like an extra guest and charge a $100 per pet / per stay fee. For reservations longer than 28 days, a fee of $100 per pet, per month applies. We ask that you crate your pets when away, keep them leashed in the common areas, and pick up after them. SECURITY - Our listings are outfitted with "Nest" cameras that overlook the listing's exterior only. There may also be "Noiseaware" or "Minut" sound level measuring devices in select properties that will automatically alert management in the event of loud music after quiet hours. Neither of these devices allow us to see, hear, or record anything inside of our listings. It is important to note that your privacy is extremely important to us and that you ARE NOT being actively monitored. IDENTIFICATION Your booking platform does not share your personal information with your Host. Because of this, we do require the responsible party who is physically staying in the home to provide a valid photo ID after booking is confirmed. Your personal identification is not stored and is protected from distribution or use for any other purpose than identification, in accordance with Federal information security guidelines. VIDEO/PHOTO PERMITS - Video and Photo Permits available upon request with a fee and some basic ground rules. Ask your Host!
