I was not aware the hotel is in a hilly area - so when the GPS started guiding us through a narrow winding upwards road I thought we were in the wrong place. It added to the adventure afterwards, and we laugh about it, but I guess just looking at the Google maps I had no idea it was a bit remote. Still the place is beautiful, and we had a great breakfast. Truly delicious and abundant. The thing I did not like was that we asked for 2 beds and they are the tiniest beds I have ever been on. In other hotels in Europe the small beds are small but in this one was hard to fall asleep as I had the feeling I might fall. Still was a very nice experience. I would not stay again in the 2 beds room, but would totally go for the food, and maybe try a room with a double bed.

Un lugar perdido, que vale la pena llegar, paz y tranquilidad, naturaleza en estado puro, detalles cuidados al máximo, calidez humana del equipo capitaneado por Esther MANZANO, inmejorable. Una cena espectacular, delicada y muy equilibrada. Nacho el sumiller súper atento y amable. El descanso absoluto, con silencio y calma. El desayuno familiar y atento, nos vuelven a agasajar y Esther de nuevo para despedirse. Así se hace una marca del lugar que contribuye a la marca España muy positivamente. Nuestro grupo de americanos muy muy impresionados, esto mismo en su país costaría 750$ aprox. Todo un lujo de lugar. GRACIAS

Había oído hablar del Palacio de Rubianes y hoy lo he conocido, un lugar precioso, casi diría que idílico. Por fuera muy señorial y por dentro muy acogedor. He cenado con mi hija y solo puedo dar la enhorabuena por cada uno de los platos que hemos degustado. El trato exquisito y todo el personal super amable . Me ha encantado conocerlo .

Lugar recomendado para desconectar y disfrutar de sus estancias y paisajes. Cenamos el menú tradicional con pescado y todo un espectáculo. Las habitaciones perfectas en decoración, comodidad, etc. El desayuno nos sorprendió, de los mejores sitios que hemos estado.

Ideal para una escapada romántica Se encuentra ubicado en un paraje encantador, en su parcela pasa un río, un pequeña cascada y hasta un molino. Además hay un huerto ecológico y un restaurante dirigido nada menos que por Esther y Nacho Manzano (chefs reconocidos y famosos). Las habitaciones son amplias y silenciosas. Llegamos de rebote a este maravilloso lugar y también muy tarde, ya que tuvimos un problema con una reserva previa en otro restaurante. Solo puedo decir, que nos enamoramos del lugar, de la atención, amabilidad y profesionalidad de las personas que nos atendieron. Por supuesto la cocina, de 10!!! Mención especial al rollo de bonito...!! Gracias Nachos! VOLVEREMOS!

Un hotel en el que sentirte como en casa. El personal es super amable y servicial, pendientes en cada momento para que estés a gusto. Tuvimos un problema con la reserva (culpa nuestra) y lo resolvieron super bien. Incluso me consiguieron una kettle ya que soy gran consumidor de té. El restaurante, las instalaciones, la decoración, los desayunos todo fantástico, de 10! Esperamos volver muy pronto!

Geweldig hotel in een adembenemende omgeving! Fantastische service en gastvrijheid. Geweldig ontbijt en diner. Kortom een prachtige ervaring in mooi Noord Spanje. Het hotel ligt in een prachtig wandelgebied op korte afstand van veel bezienswaardigheden van de Picos de Europa.
