Hot tub was yellow and brown. And smelly. I called and let the front desk know and they showed no concern. Said they would let maintenance know. But they didn’t arrive in time for us to use it. Maintenance department did not clean it. I used to like staying there but the last few times it has been a gross experience. We will not be staying there again.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff,always helpful. Clean comfortable rooms. Hot breakfast each morning. Close to any and everything.

Upon arrival, the bathtub and the Jacuzzi was dirty with hair. Also, the Jacuzzi tub did not work and we did not get to use it the first night. They offered to put us in another room or wait till tomorrow for maintenance to come. Maintenance did come and fix the issue, but it was also unfortunate. The fridge just so happens to defrost and water leaked all over the floor. You have to pay to use the ice machine and also some type of fuse or something must’ve chipped out the last night we were leaving in the fireplace because it stopped working . I also didn’t like how I had to walk to the lobby in the cold to get more towels when needed later in the evening we absolutely love the area of the hotel but after staying I don’t think it’s worth the price for three night stay of a little over $850

Always our first choice for a weekend away! Convenient to everything, easy access, and the indoor pool & hot tub are a great bonus!

Front desk was friendly and efficient. Breakfast area clean well stopped very friendly staff. Room in great shape. Very pleasant experience all the way around.

Very nice property & very comfortable room. Not crowded, plenty of space to move around. Location was great. River is accessible in the back. Near plenty of shopping/eating/entertainment, including The Island. Only issue is free breakfast. Nice eating area (though small considering size of property) but food is bland & very poor food options compared to other hotels free breakfast. Only ate once, then decided we would rather pay for a breakfast elsewhere.

This has been our favorite place to stay to date! We came in September for my son’s 13th birthday trips stayed Monday-Friday. The staff were amazing! We loved the location and convenience. Having both an indoor and outdoor pool option was perfect for us as well! We have already planned to stay again next year!

Great hotel and great price! Lovely front desk staff whenever I needed to grab extra towels or other misc. items. Great, free, quick breakfast and they were accommodating when I had to take a very long, unexpected work call on my last day of vacation and let me checkout late.
Only issue, and this isn't one with the hotel, but it's the traffic on the main ***** infront of the hotel on Friday and Saturday's. Totally an issue with the timing of the lights that the hotel has no control over.
Great place, great price and super cozy in the winter.

I called and the lady said they only had one king room. I booked a double queen on ******* right after. We were on the top floor so the sunrise and the mountain view was beautiful. The room was nice minus a few hairs we found.
