Private: large, beautiful terraced garden, 3'000 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, fireplace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 200 m long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access. 30 m footpath to the house. Really nice old stone house, lovingly furnished with absolute peace and good air in the middle of the olive groves. Only the gardener should take care of the flowers with a little more passion.
