Game Table with lots of classic board games. Fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with spices, avocado oil, Keurig and complimentary Starbucks Pike Place K-Cups, tea, hot chocolate and cider. Complimentary toiletries, cleaning essentials, towels/linens/blankets, Central A/C, electric heat, washer & dryer available Outside: Large two-level deck with outdoor dining, propane BBQ (propane provided). Fire Pit (fire wood available). Full private dock with lake access - Great for paddle boards, kayaks, jet skis and fishing. Free public boat launch. Fenced for your fur babies (diggers. climbers, adventurous swimmers and escape artists should stay leashed) Pets allowed for an additional fee and must stay on property unless leashed. No Smoking on premise/property. Registered guests only - 6 guest maximum including children over 2 years old. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book, Photo ID may be required on check-in. Booking guest must be staying at property during scheduled time. (Additional fees and taxes up to $150 per person per night for violations will apply.) Considerate neighbor policy – loud noise restricted between 9pm and 9am daily. Please follow established resident safety protocols. Motorized watercraft follow a counter-clockwise circular rotation, no motors on the lake after dark. Nearby: 15 minutes to Northwest Trek, a local winery, golfing, farmer’s markets, groceries and restaurants. 45 minutes to the Museum of Glass, fine dining, the Tacoma waterfront, casinos the Emerald Downs Horse Race Track and Wolf Haven International. Plan your trip and reservations to Mt Rainier National Park well in advance. **Liability Waiver: Campfires, swimming, and the use of any watercraft is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty and you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising during you stay at Wolf Lodge and hold the Property Owners, Host, and Ladyhawke Properties, LLC harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that campfires, docks, swimming and watercrafts may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming or using watercrafts if a person has health risks, or while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for all accidents or injury that may occur inside or outside the home. You also understand that eagles are predators and your small pets may be at significant risk if left unattended. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against Property Owners, the Host, and Ladyhawke Properties, LLC for accidents or claims regarding any and all incidents that may occur on the property.
