Kyriad Karkonosze

Very nice hotel with a great location overlooking the Giant Mountains. A big plus is the Aquapark right in the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. But there is one small minus. Both the hotel and the Aquapark need to be taken care of and minor repairs made, which are visible and spoil the impression a bit.

Pokoje przestronne ,wygodne co do widoku mieliśmy pecha bo nasz znajdował się na parterze z widokiem na skarpe.Widac ze te na wyższych piętrach mają balkony i ładne widoczki.Sniadanie bardzo dobre ale małą uwagą,przy takim dużym obłożeniu jeden express do kawy to trochę mało, kolejki jak za komuny. Basen duży i z ciepłą wodą .Dziękujemy za miły wypoczynek

Hotel położony w pięknej okolicy. Z restauracji widok panoramiczny na góry. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, obsługa miła i czujna. Basen robi wrażenie, chociaż jest dość mały. Do rekreacyjnego wypoczynku wystarczy. Niestety, mała dostępność miejsc parkingowych, przy dużym obłożeniu ciężko znaleźć miejsce. Poza tym hotel czysty, zadbany, wnętrza wyremontowane i estetyczne.

WARNING: Tempted by a holiday offer, I booked a package for a week at the Kyriad Karkonosze hotel for a family of 4 in a superior room as shown in the image below (2 single beds and a double sofa bed). Upon arrival, it turned out that we were accommodated in a 3-person room (2 single beds and one single sofa bed). In addition, there were only 3 sets of bed linen and 3 sets of towels prepared in the room. Furthermore, it turned out that the room presented on the Kyriad Karkonosze booking page is not a superior room at all (!). Since it turned out that there was not enough sleeping space for one person after our arrival, we filed a complaint. Unfortunately, the hotel staff refused to refund the reservation (over 1300 PLN). Therefore, please be careful when booking any room at Kyriad Karkonosze and make sure you have 100% guaranteed the appropriate number of sleeping places - do not rely on the photos on the website, as you may be greatly disappointed on site, as happened to us, which I wish on no one. Below I present photos of the room, which, as it turns out, is incorrectly marked as superior on the Kyriad Karkonosze hotel booking website. Ladies and gentlemen, this is not what a superior room looks like, as admitted by the hotel staff. Why then does the hotel mislead its potential customers by presenting a 4-person room for sale, and selling a 3-person room in reality?

Bardzo dobrej jakości hotel z pięknym widokiem na Karkonosze,dużym basenem oraz sala konferencyjna..Duży parking oraz świetnie wyposażone bardzo duże pokoje,doskonała kawa.Szybki internet i wspaniała obsługa,czysto i smacznie.
