We had a last minute booking at La Casa Rossa but when we got there were met by Luciano saying we'd be staying round the corner in his house (rather than his daughter's). We lucked out - an equally impressive view over the Duomo, delicious and plentiful breakfast (sweet and savoury) and a generous host in Luciano. You are a bit out of the centre and do need a car but Luciano also has safe parking.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely hilltop villa for one night so that we could easily visit the nearby Villa Romana del Casale. Unfortunately, the weather had turned cold and rainy so we could not truly enjoy the beauty of the setting. However, we loved the villa, with its incredibly high ceilings and antique furnishings. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast generous, but most of all, we appreciated the warmth and kindness of our host, Luciano. We were especially tickled to learn that he, like us, is a runner--in fact, we learned that all three of us had run the Rome marathon in the same year! Highly recommended.

The room was very comfortable and this great family run hotel had everything we wanted. Breakfast was great, the views were beautiful. It is really well located for the major historical sites in the area. Would definitely stay again.

We were greeted very warmly by our host, Luciano - welcoming us even as we were getting out of our car! The view of the Cathedral and town across the way is great - and hanging out on the balcony and in other parts of the property are good ways to relax. Breakfast is an abundant assor**ent of everything you could possibly want, and access to drinks and snacks during the day much appreciated! Luciano takes pride in making his visitors feel at home, and he treats his visitors as family. And the value for the price is not to be beat!

Luciano was nice and super accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at his B&B. He made sure breakfast is ready and there’s always bottled water and fruits available for guests snacks. The property has a beautiful view of the town right on the hills. Wonderful quiet at night. Highly recommended for stay at Piazza Armerina!

This was a very nice experience. The house is cozy (not luxurious but very comfortable), greatly located with a beautiful view on the town, and the service by the owner, Luciano, is professional & delightfully warm at the same time.
