Phòng của chúng tôi được đặt trên đỉnh đồi nhìn ra đại dương. Khung cảnh rất đẹp, đặc biệt là vào lúc hoàng hôn. Phòng có giường cỡ King và bồn tắm rất sạch sẽ. Các nhân viên rất thân thiện. Vị trí khôn ngoan, có các nhà hàng và tiện nghi chỉ trong khoảng cách đi bộ. Nhà hàng trong khách sạn có tên là Harbour cũng rất tốt và giá cả phải chăng.

Breakfast is good, a lot of choices, Room is Clean & view is Great, Service is excellent

I recently stayed at this resort and overall, I had a decent experience. Thay upgraded me to romance sea view which i think not much different from what i had booked,view was blocked by trees and other villa . The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more enjoyable. The place was also very clean and well-maintained, which was a huge plus. However, one major downside was the number of insects that came out at night. They were very noisy and made it difficult to sleep well. If you're a light sleeper or easily bothered by insects, this may not be the best place for you. The breakfast was pretty standard and nothing to shout about. It was good enough to get me through the morning, but nothing special. The biggest downside for me was the price. It was quite expensive compared to other hotels in the area, and I'm not sure if it was worth the extra cost. Overall, if you have plenty of money to spend and are looking for a quiet place to stay, this hotel may be a good option for you. However, if you're on a budget or easily bothered by insects, you may want to look elsewhere.There are plenty of resorts and hotels near kata,my 3 cents worth of experience One last thing ,i was bothered by the breakfast staff who impatiently told off a chinese lady,wait wait,just wait.If she decided to work in a service industry,she need to have more patient towards customer

Amazing stay at The Shore! My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved the hotel and views from all facilities. Our room had a pool overlooking the beach, so it was fun to watch the surfers every morning while still feeling like we had some privacy. Food at the hotel was good, but nothing to rave about. We wish there had been more restaurants off-site that were within walking distance, but it wasn't too big of a deal because it was fun to stay in the room, soak up the views/swim, and order room service. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a late flight when we left and they let us stay by the common pool and use the spa showers/bathroom after checking out. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway!

Absolutely superb, a paradise on a beach. The staff are amazing, the food is amazing, the drinks are amazing. The rooms a blissful luxury. Will definitely go back. Stayed in a Romance sea view Pool Villa, right up over the bay.

We are absolutely amazed by the view and room and of cos friendly staff... Definitely will recommend friends here..i hope when i come back again i get to stay in room that facing the seaview !!! Very pleased with the stay...it makes a good start of our holiday !

Very good hotel Good hardware and very good service and good view

If you are looking for something worth the price for the view, the buggy staffs and the food… The Shore at Katathani is the perfect places to stay when you visit Phuket. You will not regret it. It’s all worth it. At first, the room provided to us was facing the ocean with lots of trees obstruction (room 8895) plus you can see the other rooms and the small pathways for the buggy. I was really disappointed upon seeing this view as it was different from what was advertised. I went back to the reception and requested for a better view. Although the receptionist was a bit agitated at the onset, she still managed to find a better room for us (room 8865). I thanked her for that but it would have been better if they were friendlier and possess a smile on their faces. On the other hand, the buggy drivers have the most pleasing personality. They always smile and share good vibes to guests. We tried the breakfast buffet at the restaurant. Although the choices were limited, but the quality of food is superb!!! The next day, we tried the floating breakfast. Woah! They delivered it 15min before my scheduled time. Just so perfect! It was astonishing having floating breakfast directly from your private plunge pool. We were there for our anniversary and my birthday. They have prepared the bed nicely and we were provided with a birthday cake. A sweet touch! The only comment is the 2nd pool near the villas. It is not maintained well. it looks okay from a far But when you go near it, it has moulds and dirty. I hope the hotel will spend time to clean this area. Above all, I’m very happy with my stay at the shore. I will definitely return back. Thank you The Shore for making my birthday special.
