Positives: The receptionist was very kind throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. They also provide extra towels for swimming, which can be exchanged daily. Additionally, the location is quite good if your main goal is beach time. Negatives: The price-to-value ratio is absolutely poor, but we booked too late, so we had to come here. It was clear from the photos that it wasn’t the newest place… We bought mosquito repellent, disinfectant wipes, and cockroach spray at 7/11, which made things more bearable. The toilet is right next to the shower with no ventilation, so the entire bathroom floods after every shower. However, we got used to this quickly—what bothered us more was the cockroaches. A small tip: you can avoid this by blocking the gap under the door with one of the towels. After doing that, we didn’t encounter any more cockroaches. All in all: If the two nights had been €80 or €100 instead of €185, I could understand these issues. However, I’ve stayed in many places in Thailand for less than this price, and they were much higher in quality than this one.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and even looked after our luggage at no extra cost for 2 days whike we travelled to krabi and phi phi islands and also allowed us to shower in their office guest room after checkout as we werent flying to Bangkok till later on in the evening. The only down side is there is no lift so you have to haul your luggage up 2 flights of stairs to get to room 306 but the view is worth it 😀

We have booked a room with 3 beds and one of the beds was a camp bed and this for an adult of 1,85 mt. Terrible place, I have slept better for less money

Worst hotel I have ever been...nothing as advertised on the site..more of a building site than a hotel. Asked to cancel and be refunded...denied!!! Asked to see a another room and pay for a upgrade...denied. Booked another hotel and stayed there.

When I went to leave I checked behind the chair for any items - standard practice- there was some clothing items that were not mine there likely from the last guest Power was out for 4 - 5 hours and didn’t come back on until 8 pm Great location lacking in cleanliness and old outdated rooms

Very basic, only one electric plug working, old & grubby A/C unit, one light switch by the door, etc. Nothing like photos, not nice end of beach. 1 kilometre Further down much better.

My fault I did not check the reviews prior to booking. I was impulsive to immediately book a room with balcony facing literally at the beach. The photos also looked okay. But guess what? Photos would scam you. Beach front was excellent but the quality of the room and the enitre facility was so terrible. I do not understand why Trip.com kept this resort in their system with so much bad reviews. People get scammed and they don't have a choice but to stay because the owner won't return their money. Non refundable policy was clear at the beginning but I had valid reasons for asking for a refund. I was even offering 50% refund but still got rejected. You see? I was even ready to throw out my 50% money just to move out from that resort. Still no luck. I had a long flight and was so tired all I wanted was to sleep. Two hours after upon check in, the power went down for 4 hours. They do not have a back up power generator. People said that power shutdown is a common problem. Other things I observed: Broken shower holder. Broken bathroom wash sink. Dirty floor in the bathroom. Walls are old and not painted. Doors are old with corrosion. No interior designing at all. Ants were present. Flies can access. Bed sheets/pillows were terrible - my wife had rashes everywhere in her body. Air conditioner was too old with corrosion and filter casing was partially opened. Bed room floor was of poor quality. Overall the resort quality was like a motel similarly located in a ******* area. Good for money (cheap) and location, but cannot have peace of mind because of terrible quality. It was not a relaxing trip. Would I stay again? Never!!!

Would not recommend! Tried to check out early due to an injury with my wife. She required an elevator and they do not have. We thought 2 days notice would be fair to the hotel. Front desk lady would not call the manager for me. Made me do it cause she was scared?? Manager did not answer or answer my next 4 emails to 2 separate email addresses. DO NOT stay here, nothing like pictures, beach area sucks We left and went to the BEAUTIFUL Pullman Panwa Resort where they know how to look after paying guests.

Very, very bad, the price off the room does not meet with the expectation. We found that the hygiene were very poor. Their where stains on bed, air containers, toilet, and even the floor felt sticky. The workers are also very poor at communicating, almost non spoke englisch, and the way they spooked to the costumers was horrible, little effort of helping us. The room where not as the picture not a slight. For your recommendation that’s not a place to stay. I will not stay here again, and I hope my review will be helpful to others who are considering to stay here because it was terrible!!! And most importantly, the hotel should change the reception staff who are more efficient and qualified, not show bad behavior to the guests.🤮😌🙏

It’s a quiet beach which was nice and peaceful. Walking distance to great restaurants. Be sure to book the best rooms because the hotel also has rooms that don’t have a sea view.

Nice little hotel near the beach and close to shops in kamala.
