One of the worst hotels I have ever been at: - Gym is in a devastating state (equipment rusty) - Overall a lot of vermin in the room - Bed linnen not changed for 4 consecutive days - Housekeeping continuously misses to fill up tea, does not clean the floor - Water is interrupted without any previous notification and also without any excuse afterwards (only response by front desk: you have to accept this)

I recommend to stay this resort good service staffs and beautiful sea view from pools and Sea view room. There are 3 main swimming pools to show sea view and mountain view of Karon. Resort location near Karon beach and easy to go to Kata beach and Patong beach. I like their Deluxe room cheap price for big room 40sqm with bathtub and beautiful sea view

Great service from staff at the hotel, rooms were very big, clean and modern and the value for money was excellent. Location was good, bars and restaurants were close enough to walk to but the hotel itself was situated in a quiet area. The hotel pool was very nice and the gym was good. Would highly recommend for people to stay here during their time in Phuket.

到了機場坐一小時二十分鐘的車 到酒店 ，酒店的服務員的英文不太好 我們用翻譯溝通 但她們態度還不錯，我們選了池邊直出泳池房 房間也還是滿大的 ，泳池的水也很乾淨，唯獨地點實在太不方便了 要出去市中心坐車要20分鐘多 還不好找車，太痛苦了 哈哈

訂的標間，但酒店免費升級到家庭套房，非常滿意呢 超大泳池一次游到爽歪歪

酒店有點老 但是海景直通泳池的房間風景不錯

We stayed for 4 nights and we probably wouldn't do it again. The photos look nothing like the actual hotel. It is a 2 star max, facilities are super dated, the patrons are 99.9% Russians and customer service isn't great. I had to fight with the front desk to demand a baby cot - it was requested and they didn't accommodate this. I tried to be nice and they didn't do anything. Later, I had to demand it (not nicely) and they set up a fold up bed. It was unfortunate that it had to resort to that. The only good point about this hotel is the hotel with pool access outside your balcony. If you're into swimming this is a great feature! Extra star for this.
