We had a wonderful stay in their beach front villa. The staff and service was impeccable and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we have experienced. The infinity pools and beatuful grounds overlook a prestine private beach. Looking forward to staying at the Naka again.

I recently stayed at The Naka Phuket for four days and had a pleasant experience. The hotel has a modern design and spacious rooms with private pools, providing a luxurious atmosphere. The regular-sized pool is great for swimming laps and is well-maintained. The food was average but acceptable, offering a decent selection. The service was good, with the staff quickly arranging an in-room BBQ after a rainstorm and being flexible. However, there may be some delays in calling for a buggy, but the staff is generally responsive. While parts of the hotel may need renewal, they are still acceptable. Overall, The Naka Phuket offers a good and modern design, with spacious rooms and private pools, creating a luxurious feel. The service is commendable, and the average food is overshadowed by the attentive staff. Although some areas may need renewal, it doesn't significantly impact the overall experience. I would recommend The Naka Phuket for a stylish and relaxing getaway with a touch of luxury.

Our stay was exceptional, starting with a complimentary upgrade to a high bay room, offering stunning views. The hotel’s architecture is breathtaking, and every facility exceeded our expectations, from the fully equipped gym with free classes like beginner-friendly yoga led by the fantastic instructor Tom, to the delicious breakfast spread.
The pool and private beach access provided a serene haven. At night, the 360-view at Meka Bar was a highlight, offering breathtaking panoramas. There’s no need to leave the hotel for a perfect holiday experience.
Will definitely come back for a longer stay. Highly recommend for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

Please tell me how the below pictures look like a 5 star hotel. BAD quality, management and service, we tried to cancel the booking on the spot due to unexpected expectations and they denied just because we already prepaid. I have stayed at many hotels in my experience and this is the worse!!! Look at how dirty it is and I paid for 500 usd per night and tirned out to be a HAUNTED looking room... THIS IS A SCAM

Visited this hotel for twice. The first time was excellent and remarkable so we went again this year for the Christmas holiday. However, we were disappointed about the clearness of the pool and the worn-out interior of the entire villa. Only some villas were recently renovated during the covid period but unfortunately our villa is not one of them. Our villa is the second biggest villa of this hotel and it comes with a sauna and a steam room. We occupied two rooms only as the third bedroom is in the basement as we were not comfortable about the atmosphere of it so no one was dare to sleep alone in the third bedroom…you know what I mean.. But anyways, the hotel is more suitable for couples and the service is generally good.

This hotel has a good atmosphere. sea view The building is beautiful, beautifully designed. A beautiful room suitable for relaxing and having a private party by the beach. good service, nice staff The food in the hotel is delicious. I will definitely go back.

We booked 3 bedrooms villa for 2 nights. ( 5 adult / 4 kids )
Villa close to lobby, either walk or call mini van to lobby.
Booked in-house BBQ dinner, ordered 3 sets BBQ ( seafood and meat ), food are tasty but too much for us.
The menu shown 1 set for 1~2 persons but the Chef said this is for 3~4 persons.
Breakfast - Good
Spa - Excellent
Villa - Fair ( It's a bit shabby )
Villa pool - Ok ( but my daughter hurt by wiggle tiles )
Hotel pool - Excellent
Beach - Excellent ( coral reef at 50m from shore )
* this is my second times stay

I was quite blown away by the scale of the hotel. It is literally an entire city. The rooms are nice and comfy but there is a musky smell though but dint bother me much.
I was expecting grab to be hard to find but i was wrong I get confirmation within seconds when I was going out or perhaps just my luck? Anyway best book your transport early when leaving for airport as it is quite a secluded area.
If you order grabfood/food panda the staff will deliver to your doorstep. Very good service.
Good views of the ocean too but you probably have to pay more for a room with better views.
The sky bar cocktails and snacks are nice too. Will definitely come again if there is a discount as price is quite steep.
