I booked a room for my parents (5 nights and 6 days) with the most reasonable price. This condo is the best location in Bangtao. It's closed to a Lotus Supermarket and a night market. There is a FREE shuttle bus service to deliver guests to Bangtao, Surin beach, etc. The room is super good organised and cleaned. Everything is settled in the room, such as A King size comfy bed, A Big closet, An Big TV, A Big Sofa, One table + Four chairs, A big bathroom, "A lovely kitchen zone with all of stuff (Electric Stove, Microwave, Plates + Cutlery, Sink and Refrigerator)". There are a swimming pool and a gym zones in the condo. All of receptionist are super kind and helpful. Thank you so much.

The place is amazing to say the least.. the stuff is super friendly, respectful and not lazy. The swimming pool and the gym is a cherry on top. The rooms are also clean and airy..We initially booked for 3 nights we ended up extending our stay for 7 days. Amazing experience.

The hotel was great. Room was very clean, kept in good order and looked nice aesthetically die to the large windows allowing lots of natural light in. The cleaners did a good job when cleaning the room too. The standout feature of the hotel was the service from the staff, they were all very helpful. I especially liked how it was possible to communicate with the front desk using WhatsApp. Made any issues quickly resolvable wherever we were. Our second favourite feature was their free shuttle bus to different areas, it was great for a nice beach day, and also great since we arrived early as they allowed us to use the shuttle to relax on the beach before check in. They gave us beach towels and they also provide a free return if you message for pick up on WhatsApp. They also helped arrange motorbike hire which they provided at the best price I could find in the area without the need for a deposit (because of my card in file). The bike was in great condition and they were on hand in the hotel to provide any assistance I needed. We would've extended our trip but the hotel is so popular that they sold out on their rooms. So, would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay here - spacious room with great lighting, aircon and plenty of amenities. They also offer free shuttle drop off/pickups within 3km including Bang Tao beach which is really neat. The staff are also very helpful and friendly :)

Floor is cracked. The room amenities were scarce. The best thing about it was the staff. Friendly and helpful. Compare this hotel to the standards of bangkok. It is not good value. Im not that familiar with Phuket though.

Good room, good service, good cleaning, good location, good people

My room was polluted with ******** and it made me sick within one hour. They moved me to their sister hotel in the middle of nowhere. As it’s an uncivilised society refunds are not an option. A waste of money and two days.

The hotel is clean and gives us peaceful vibes. And also it provides free shuttle rides to some places.

The location is very convenient for me to navigate through BangTao/Thalang for family visit. Appreciate the warm welcome from the fellow staff, whom also helped me with providing first aid materials when I was injured. Apartment, pool & gym has a very pleasant view of greenery around. Highly recommended for travelers!

I had a great 4 nights stay in this property. Nice studio with good necessities like fridge, kitchen, dining area plus comfy bed etc. The hotel provided a free shuttle to nearby beaches and shopping area. Short walk to 7/11 and Lotus Supermart. Love the pool. The management and staff are helpful and friendly. Will be back!

Clean and spacious room with fridge and even a mini kitchen. Includes gym, pool, as well as on-demand shuttle service which made travelling to nearby places convenient.

Best Value in Phuket. Quiet, calm, central location, 24 hours check in.

Everything was fine. Just one big NO: i don't how is it on the another floors but in the room on the top floor, the noise and vibration of the something(don't know) running on the roof are very noisy. Every few seconds there is a sound of some device turning on. It is impossible to sleep peacefully.
