We had two rooms here (a nice king and an economy quadruple): The king room was very nice, with a balcony overlooking the main road; the quadruple was quite basic (four bunkbeds, no window), but perfectly adequate. No elevator, but we managed. The staff were friendly and helpful. A good central location. We'd stay again.

Maybe the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on, mattress felt like concrete and the pillows were also mostly flat. I understand that the room was cheap and "you get what you pay for", but the bed should be at least sleep-able regardless of price. Also there was another hotel in the area for half the price of this one, so it's not like I picked the cheapest hotel in the area. One star off for that and another because the listing on ********** inaccurately stated the room as 28 square meters, which is not even close to being true. The King Bed took up almost the entire width of the room and almost half the length, so really the room (including bathroom) is more like 3x5m = 15m2 if we're being generous, but most likely ~12m2. Accurate pictures of the room are included, so I could have been more careful, but I assumed that the first pictures of the overall property where the room I booked since that room actually looks large. All that said, the location is right in the heart of Old Phuket town and other amenities like the Wifi, check-in, TV, hot water, were all totally fine.
