This place was more like a hostel than a hotel. With only one staff at the service counter, there were no bell boy and even security guard around. It was so close to the sewage that you had to close the window to avoid the smell. The room and the bathroom was so small that the sink had to be located in the middle of the room instead of the toilet.

Location is great near old town. Breakfast is excellent. Less variety but good taste. Bananas are available all day.

Great service in a good location. Confortable beds. Only issue is the strong odour smell in the room.

Loved the ambience, location and the friendliness of the staff. The small gym and pool was good. The best was the breakfast - plenty of options.

I’m shocked with the very very very excellent services by Paul!!! He did a very great and patience service to me and my mom. I could say the front desk service rly made my day ~ The hotel room is clean and comfortable, they do also provide free banana and drinks like coffee tea and others.

Very nice little hotel, just outside the old town. Breakfast is good, room is very comfortable and wifi works great. Only point was the safe that was a little complicated to operate, but Mind from the reception and the whole hotel team was always ready to help. I didn't use the swimming pool, but it looked clean (not a big pool though). There's a laundromat with washer and dryer, coins and laundry detergent available at the reception. Ps.: if you don't like the smell of banana, bring your own soap 😄

Room is small side, and feels a bit lived in. But the hotel has great amenities, free juice, water, snacks. And even free bikes to rid into town! Odd bathtub placement with it being outside but other then that had a comfortable stay!

Nice hotel in good location close to Phuket Bus Station and walking distance Phuket Old Town.

Great location nearby town area. Food in restaurant - Maimorn forest super delivious and just located beside the hotel. Lovely and helpful staff. Room quite clean. I'm satisfied everything.

Our 6th time staying here, family friendly, bed so comfy, excellent staffs, good location. We will definitely be back.
