Oceana Resort Phuket

Stayed here 16 days , stunning view is all it has going for it . The owned apar**ents are managed by lofti . On arrival no one at the front of house could speack english , 2 lifts and stairs with two heavy bags without assistance from anyone . Pool has a few sunbeds and zero umbrellas poorly equipped . In a stay of 16 days no cleaner , no fresh linen or towels . On day of leaving they informed us " lofti" would be there to chk us out !!, it had NOT chkd us in . The stay for 16 days cost as much as anywhere in phucket for cleaning daily plus clean linen and towels . I would advise the owners of the flat's to change managment as it stands now the only thing it has is a beautiful view !!!

We stayed in a Luxury One Bedroom Apar**ent with Kamala Sea View for 11 nights. Linen and towels were changed three times during this time. Everything is very clean. equipment is in good working order and up to date. It is very nice that the pool is located in the next block (7th floor) with a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding area. Close to a bank, farmers market, supermarket and 10 minutes to the beach. There are also car and motorbike rentals nearby. Our stay at the hotel was pleasant and we have no comments regarding the cleanliness of public areas and the pool. We recommend to friends and look forward to welcoming you here in the future.

I Stayed in Block A room 25 for a three week stay. The room was very small, but did have everything you would need. Tv with several English channels, fridge tiny kitchenette. Coffee maker, Washing machine was a bonus. The bed was a super king and one of the most comfortable, due to a topper. Now for the bad part, the bathroom drain’s absolutely stank, sometimes actually stinging your nose it was so bad, no matter what we did it was still horrible, the engineers came to seal the toilet, but made no difference, it still leaked. Although advertised as wifi in this apar**ent, it was only the resort wifi and was impossible to get onto, so purchased a private sim for use whilst here. The noise from the road is obtrusive and all night and day, and the mosque calls to prayer are extremely loud, especially at 5am The walk up to this block was horrific, one very slow lift in the main building to floor 7, then a precarious journey across metal stairways, to block B, which you had to walk through the basement of and then up a huge climb, to block A, then another lift. Definitely not for families or disabled, at least I got fitter during this holiday. I booked this apar**ent as part of a package with *******, it was called a classic apar**ent, but at no point mentioned the almost impossible walk up to it. No cleaning was included with the three week period.

Comfortable stay in A81 Penthouse with private pool. Only hassle is getting to the building. Need to be a mountain goat. Up 2 elevators and through 2 other buildings. Great Views and close to a lot of restaurants, beach is 15 minutes walk but another 15 minutes to an area where you can swim
