酒店不錯，但一定要開車🚗！

ห้องพักกว้างขวาง เตียงหนานุ่มใหญ่นอนสบาย มีอุปกรณ์ครัวครบครัน พนักงานบริการดี ประทับใจมาก มีห้องฟิตเนส สระน้ำ ห้องซาวน่า ให้ลูกค้าที่เข้าพักโรงแรมได้ใช้บริการด้วย ราคาจับต้องได้ แนะนำเลยครับ

Our first time in Phuket, the place is so beautiful we enjoyed staying here, very clean, the ladies customer services was excellent. Safe and so relaxing 😌. Good size room. If I come back I will book them agin. Only 5 minutes from KAMALA BEACH ND 15 MINUTES TO PATONG BEACH. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH.

If you are staying at this hotel, you should be aware of the extremely steep slope before getting to this hotel on the hill. The slope is sooooo steep that it intimidated all of my Grab drivers. One of them even refused to drive us up to the hotel and we have to walk up….You can use the shuttle truck by the hotel but just make it

Rooms are nice and spacious. Shower in suite needs a door as the whole floor is wet after shower. Misleading on website - should advertise as residence/apartments- not as hotel. No restaurant on-site and too far to walk to any shops/restaurants. The shuttle not always on time and 3 nights did not depart at all at 8pm as per schedule so we had to spend a lot of money on transport. The complex has potential.

This hotel is located in a secluded area. A walk to the nearest restaurant or convenient store involves a 20-minute with a steep uphill walk. The hotel provides 4 daily shuttle runs. The problems are: no spa or on-site restaurant, fitness room with old/ rusty equipment, and a tiny swimming pool. I booked the room with breakfast. It turned out that I had to go to another hotel (Citygate Hotel) for that, and the breakfast was marginal at best. I asked a male night attendant for extra hangers on the first night, but I never saw any extra hangers during my 3-night stay. In short, the idea was good but the execution was flawed. A secluded retreat needs to have various on site facilities (such as spa, gym and restaurant) , so guests don't have to go out for food and entertainment.

The staff was wonderful

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel, très reposant, après une journée à la plage où une excursion.. Personnel courtois, piscine très agréable, resto tres bon et peu cher. Je recommande cet hôtel à toutes les personnes qui veulent découvrir Phuket.

Jolie piscine, tout en long, entourée de verdure. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, wifi qui fonctionne parfaitement. A savoir, il faut prendre une navette gratuite pour aller prendre le petit-déjeuner dans un condominium à quelques minutes mais ce n'est pas dérangeant car c'est rapide, gratuit et le petit-déjeuner et vraiment bon (supers croissants). Dommage qu'il manque des transats autour de la piscine et que le petit bar restaurant ne soit pas exploité.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel, jedoch weit abseits von allem. Zum Glück wird ein shuttle Service zum Kamala Beach angeboten. Roller sind sehr zu empfehlen, aber Vorsicht, die Auffahrt zum Hotel ist sehr steil. Die Zimmer sind neu und modern eingerichtet, sogar mit Geschirr und Küchenzeile. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Pool etwas klein, zum abkühlen reichts, aber nicht unbedingt geeignet um den ganzen Tag dort zu verweilen.
