I recently stayed at a Baan Lukkan Patong Resort was completely unacceptable. The room was dirty and in disrepair, with peeling wallpaper and a broken toilet. It's completely unacceptable for a suite to have no working shower and only one working electrical outlet. These are basic amenities that should be fully functional in any hotel, especially in a suite The staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful, and when I confronted them about the poor condition of the room, they lied to my face and claimed that it had been recently renovated. To make matters worse, the hotel advertised amenities that were not available during my stay. The pool was drained due to a land slide was no fitness center as promised. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were dishonest and the facilities were subpar. It was a complete waste of money and a very disappointing experience. It's also unacceptable for the hotel to refuse to refund you when you tried to check out early due to the poor condition of the room and the other issues you experienced. I contacted *********** and that they were able to assist me in trying to resolve the issue with the hotel. It's also I able to get some assistance from the Thai police in getting a partial refund. I wrote this review about my experience and post it on the review site and travel forum to warn other potential travelers about the poor quality of this hotel and the dishonest behavior of the staff. It's important to let others know about these types of issues so that they can make informed decisions about where to stay.
