Do not stay in this hotel. And if you do certainly do not book any excursions or transportation with the management. I agreed and paid TB 9,000 for a long tail boat trip around the bay. I say many offers of trips for about TBaht 1,600 per person, including canoeing and lunch. As there were four of us I decided to pay the premium for a private trip and was promised something special. What we got was the same trip as every other tourist, but without the lunch. To add insult to injury the hotel added TBaht 2,000 to my bill at checkout for the ten minute canoe trip that we did not request but assumed was part of our tour. A complete rip off. I had booked a transfer from the airport on arrival. This did not turn up. I booked a room with a verandah. We were given an upstairs room with a net outside a sliding door. Neither safe nor appropriate for a couple in their 60's. We were transferred to a downstairs room the following day. It had a sunken bath but they wanted an additional TBaht 1,000 to fill it!! The only thing going for this hotel is the view. It is exceptional and memorable. The hotel itself is run down and neglected. Poor door locks. Insufficient air conditioning. The beach could be nice but it is completely neglected. Laziness on the part of the management. My recommendation - visit for a drink and soak up the views but do not consider staying.

we chose this hotel because it is close to the island boat trips ( james Bond island etc). The hotel is clean and comfortable and has sensational sea views. You can order food and hotel prepares it for dinnner, beakfast is choice including omlettte. Staff and magement friendly. They provide one local car return journey daily 9 to 5 so if you dont have a car they take you to 7/11. beware lots of steps to room and some with no handrail ( not easy to climb). Pool has steps up to pool but no steps into pool and no handrail. unsuitable for eldely or young children. we used hotel service to return to airport for 600 baht, as same price as GRAB ( Thai uber)

We stopped here for coffee and were blown away by the most amazing view and then great coffee and highly recommend the honey toast. The owner was delightful filling our water bottles and adding ice - highly appreciated. If you go for coffee make sure you go to the bathroom!!

We booked 10 days in this hotel. The pictures were beautiful. 2 days ago, at our arrival from Bangkok to this place, we thought it was a bad joke. Ok, the view is great, but: the pool is small and dirty. No place to lay down. Our room was just near the road. From it we could access to our room through a glass door with a bad lock. The street lamp gave us light the whole night. If it rains, no way to stay on the terrace: the roof is in a very bad shape. Stairs up and down, too narrow and dangerous. Tiny beach with old tyres,

Attentive and friendly staffs. Spectacular view of koh Yao island. The place is close to the Bang Rong pier, and the owner offered the free transport to the pier so it was a great place to stay overnight before going to the pier. It was worth of my money spent here

I really honestly dont know from where these positive reviews are coming. The hotel is far from what the pictures are showing. Surroundings: 30cm from road, literally next to road, it is mittle of the nowhere. The closest "center" is 1km away 7eleven shop. The garden (by garden i mean the area behind the building) is a mess, beach has not been maintained it did smell really bad, beach area is 100m if there isnt low tide. Restaurant, cafe, bar and the reception are the same 30m2 area in front desk. The so called "infinity pool" is outdoor pool 50cm deep 3x5m size, you cannot swim there. The buggs and ants are everywhere - our balcony was full of them. What is really disturbing is that the hotel pictures, reviews give you totally wrong picture comparing the reality. It is not honest at all. We went there, and left there after 40min. Owner lied that we have to cancel our booking thru *********** because they tooks already the money from bank account. It was not the thruth, booking never takes your money, now i know. I did not stayd at the hotell, but we did loose our money because dishonest owner. Booking saad that we should have been call them first, they would contact to the hotel. So the owner can keep the 66€ but i do not suggest this hotel for anyone. The pictures are not showing the place. It was the only time when i did not read tripadvisor reviews.....what a mistake. If you are looking greenery, beach, place to walk, enjoy the restaurants, nice pool area and pool where to swim, sundeck and quality service whitout fear that your money will be stollen - this is not place for you, dont believe any of the pictures or info they are giving. Dirty and messy place wiht horrible location. Please read also the bad reviews.
