Khách sạn đủ đẹp và lý tưởng cho những ai muốn dành phần lớn thời gian trong phòng, hồ bơi hoặc gần bờ biển. Tuy nhiên, mặc dù rất gần khu vực Patong, vị trí này không dễ bắt taxi và giá taxi ở Phuket sẽ giảm. Đồ ăn có hạn cho các bữa ăn nhiều ngày, nhưng bữa sáng tươm tất và ngon miệng được phục vụ hàng ngày với tiệc tự chọn nóng sốt (bao gồm lựa chọn trứng và các món ăn kèm, một món chính kiểu Thái với cơm mỗi sáng). One of the best hotel we ever stayed. View was spectacularly stunning overlooking the ocean. Wake up in the morning to see this view just lifted your day every day. We book the swimming pool access which was shared between 2 other rooms. Though a bit of hassle that you had to go up to another level to exchange for pool towels with cards given during check in. Also there's also a cafe suitable for romantic couples and good ambience. Room is clean and spacious and all the staff is very friendly. Overall, my family enjoyed staying here & it is worth your money staying at this hotel. THUMBS UP!

I LOVED this hotel. The view was insane overlooking the beach. Great pool. Our room had a jacuzzi that we used. It was lovely and also had a good view of the ocean. Breakfast was a big variety. The only thing was, the location, you could not really walk anywhere, but we liked the part that it was away for everything. They had a cocktail hout that we used and live music that was very romantic. Overall a 10/10.

View are good, we late check in due to we having tour before 6pm. But the front desk address me correctly before I show her my ID, it’s feel so warm. 😻😻 the room it’s clean, too bad the weather not good , it’s keep raining caused us cannot have a hotel tour. You can order room service by scanning their QR code.

Absolutely amazing trip with great hospitality by Mike (GM) and his Team (Prim, Concierge guy and the hardworking guard). Best experience so far with small boutique hotel like Zenmaya. Stunning!

It's about 10-15mins to Patong (200THB Bolt) suitable for someone wants to escape noisy place but not too far from the city. We were pretty enjoy the big suite room with jacuzzi tub at the balcony plus chairs and table let you enjoy the super seaveiw or sunset. It's not a 5-star hotel with grand huge pool, yet the infinity pool still made us "wow" with the unique seaview. Don't miss B1G1Free cocktails at happy hour to let you enjoy the golden hours at the pool. Cons is no wide variety of choice on breakfast, not big deal for us it's right enough and we were feeling relaxing to have breakfast with such amazing seaview. It's good to have 4 bottles of water supply everyday, usually we have to buy extra bottle water from outside if have 2 only. Highly recommend to book seaview suite room if budget allowed. We would definitely consider to visit again~~~

Prime area, clean room and public area. love to come back to stay again

Firstly, we are excited for private pool seaview room for our relax trip. We wish to stay more time in resort instead of going out for travel points. However, private pool is terrible the colour of tile is blue but water presence green. Ok fine we think to enjoy the seaview. While during night time Aircon system down at 2.30am. Firstly the night shift staff is responsible, answer our call and coming to our room in time. While after half hour of resetting Aircon is not functioning. The staff was said to us need to TEMPORARILY shift the room, we are annoyed about it but we prepared and wait for the instructions. 4.++am we still not received any call of instruction we call again to the front desk, it is really bad, the staff doesn't inform us whole hotel Aircon system is down after we called him, and told us no need to change room.... After morning the Aircon still no yet fixed and April is really hot weather.. In the morning we went to front desk asking about this issue, and we got a good staff to help us, he told us actually there is another room Aircon system is NOT LINKED WITH OTHER, and we are suffering a night without sleep for nothing... We changed room and be informed the extra pillow and blanket will send to our room in afternoon. After night we back to the room nothing is deliver and we call front desk again, and many times calling, I believed it is not only Aircon system not linked with the building, calling line also not linked, we go downstairs and search for night shift staff assistant, and he PLAYING PHONE until we ask for his permission shall we wait over lobby or room.... This is quite high ranking resort and price is not cheap as other, our trip planning for enjoy the view and facilities is totally spoiled with this terrible experience... Lastly we thank for the morning staff he is still done something good for and to change room and refund.

Good hotel, welcoming staff. Please note superior king rooms don't have view. We booked 2 rooms ocean view one was better. 20 mns drive to patting the main hustle area. Its not a 5 star, rather a 3 star. Wyndyam grand kalim bay right opposite seems a more bigger property. The food is good, the bar is ok.

It was nice as a 3 stars hotel. Fair as 4 stars hotel. But its not a 5 star hotel for sure. The hotel feels old and not super clean the restaurant is good though.

The most amazing ocean view and really enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi on the patio while enjoying the view.
